This spacious one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a luxurious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed with en suite. The Primary also has a small quaint patio attached. The condo has a bonus sleeping space which accommodates a full size bed. The open layout of this condo creates a warm and inviting ambiance, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The dining room has seating for 4 and is adjacent to the kitchen. There is a gas grill is conveniently positioned off the dining room and kitchen for those delightful evening barbeques.
This pet-friendly property also welcomes your furry companions, ensuring that no family member is left behind -Pet friendly- up to 2 dogs under 40# -additional pet fee applies/nt. Dogs must be on leash when outside on property and regime grounds.
For your convenience, the condo includes a full size washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh. With its prime location, you'll find yourself just moments away from local attractions, including pristine beaches, nature trails, and vibrant dining options.

*1st Gate pass is $65 and each additional pass is $45/ vehicle (*includes a new fee Bohicket Marina Village is charging at $20 per rental to access the gate at the condo complex beginning Jan. 1, 2025). This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities are NOT available with this condo. You cannot purchase amenity cards. You do have access to the The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
