I have had some of the best sleep of my life right here! It is so peaceful and quiet. The bedroom looks out over a tidal marsh which is very tranquil and nice to wake up to.

Seabrook has very little light pollution so the dark is dark, but for those moon-lit nights or sleep-in days, we have black-out curtains. The bed is a king-sized sleep number bed! Pick your own comfort level!

In my opinion, the best entertainment is watching the wildlife of the marsh from the screened porch or right outside your windows. There is so much to see and do, (or relax - and not), you probably don't need this - but just in case; we have a LED TV in the bedroom and a smart TV in the living room with access to any subscription that you use (Netflix, etc.) all hooked up through Comcast X-1 TV with music channels and HBO and super-fast wireless 75MB internet! We supply adult bikes to tour the islands, a crab pot so you can catch your dinner, and beach chairs for relaxing.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, electric tea-pot, microwave, etc...

The sofa is a pull-out queen bed so the place will sleep 4 comfortably.

Bay Point Villas are conveniently located at the entrance to Seabrook making them easily accessible to the various bars, restaurants, and shopping at nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. The beaches and all of the Seabrook amenities are an easy bike ride or a short drive (about 4 miles) and downtown Charleston is about 45 minutes away.

The gated Bay Pointe Villas community has a kayak-launch/crabbing dock with seating. We also have a small private pool.

The Seabrook Island Club provides access to all of the Club's amenities including horseback riding, golf, tennis, the Beach Club, Island House, and the club pools. Some vacation rentals include the daily cost of the amenity card with your stay and so you are charged for it whether you use it or not. With so many activities in the greater Charleston area, I chose to offer my guests a lower rate and you can get an amenity card for only those days that you wish to use the Club. The Club Amenity Card office is located at the entrance to Landfall Way (the street you are staying on). The cost is $25/day or $150/week. The club charges additional fees for some activities.

Arguably better than the beach in that it has tons of wildlife right outside your door taking advantage of the ebb and flow of the tidal marsh. Beautiful property in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very comfortable. Everything was provided and was in good condition. We have stayed on Seabrook Island previously, so we are familiar with the area and anticipated that this property would be a good choice. The very positive reviews provided by prior guests were most helpful. One thing that we would suggest would be to place a small dining table by the windows overlooking the marsh. The view is so nice and relaxing. We would have enjoyed having our leisurely breakfasts on that side of the living room.

We loved our stay at Baypointe Villas on Seabrook Island!

The adorable condo was in a great location in regards to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, the Lakehouse and Kiawah Island. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We purchased the amenity card and enjoyed the pools and Pelicans Nest on Seabrook Island. I highly recommend the villa if you are ok with driving to the beach or using the bikes to get around. The booking process was very easy and the owner provided great info. about the area. Don't hesitate book your vacation now! Enjoy!

We enjoyed the stay at your apartment. It was impeccably clean and provided for all our needs. Thank you for the bicycles and the crab trap. We were able to nab 40+ crabs and a fish in the trap. Will wait for other renters to break that record. We had a great time at seabrook, weather was perfect even had an opportunity to see a sting ray at the dock. Plenty of deer, dolphins and birds. Only con is the distance to the beach, but, it was acceptable.

Thank you for letting us enjoy your apartment.

The Kiawah/Seabrook community offers easy access to wolrd-class golfing, spa experiences, foodie delights, and natural wonders. You are a short drive to historical plantations with magnificent grounds, the nations only working Tea plantation, Irvin House Vineyards and all the wonders of the area beaches and downtown Charleston.

In addition, all of the Kiawah Island restaurants and the Sanctuary Spa are open to non-members. You can explore both Seabrook and Kiawah unhindered on miles of bike paths or simply tell the guard at the gate house that you will be dining at any of their fine establishments to gain access.

Seabrook Island Club requires amenity cards which are available at the office at the entrance to Landfall Way (the street you are staying on).

Definitely take the time to make the short drive to downtown Charleston. It is a gem of history and culture and has some of the finest dining in the world. The foodie scene here is so strong that mediocre restaurants don't survive for long making it difficult to make a bad choice anywhere on King St. The only caveats to avoid being the tourist-trap Noisy Oyster and Bubba Gump establishments on the Market.

Nearby Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant has a great selection of bar-type eateries that are favorites on pretty days due to their abundant outdoor seating and spectacular scenery.
