River House with Pool and Dock Amazing Views

Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bath House: Quiet with all amenities on deep water with pool and dock.

12 minutes from Jax Airport, 5 min from Zoo and 10 min from Cruise Ports. Jax Beaches are just a short beautiful drive. Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min

Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset.

Bring your boat, kayaks etc and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands.

Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.


This picturesque and peaceful property was used by rum runners during prohibition. Our neighbors refer to it as the Capone house ( as he has strong ties to our home)

Quiet neighborhood with gated parking. Large front porch and huge back deck for sitting, drinking and grilling. The sunrise and sunset are amazing and don't be surprised to see wildlife visit you at the dock: dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, eagles etc.

Our property is landscaped with Tropical plants: Pineapple, Bananas, Papayas, Oranges etc offset with floral landscape. Birdwatching Paradise: Hummingbirds, Eagles, Osprey, Migrating Water Fowl, Pelicans etc.

At night you can sometimes hear the animals at the zoo.

For entertaining: We have a large grill outside with fridge and a lot of places to sit and relax. We will provide you with Fishing Poles and Kayaks if requested.

Nice river views. Spacious rooms. Modern kitchen and bath. Clean indoors. Cool weather so we were indoors more than usual. House needs games and a big/bigger table for a group. Needed yard maintenance and general outdoor cleanup.

Thank you for the kind words. Before the guests stay , Florida was hit with an unprecedented freeze and snow storm. This freeze killed our tropical plants. The guest knew this. You are not supposed to clean the dead leaves and plants up until the last freeze or after 2nd week of March. You also can't plant new plants until this time. She knew this. It was devastating to lose so many pretty plants in the yard. However, it has since been cleaned up and some of the plants killed by the freeze are beginning the shoot new sprouts. Thank you for your stay
