Wonderful new rental! Nice 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with attached 2 car garage with shelves. New furnishings, 1331 sq ft, kitchen with pantry, half bath, living and dining downstairs. Upstairs are two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer closet with appliances. Unit has air conditioning and new ceiling fan in primary bedroom. Located just north of Colorado Springs and the US Air Force Academy. Walking distance to the high school and the YMCA, and centrally located to many amenities in Monument! A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
