Thank you. It was a pleasure having you. Thank you for being great guests and being kind and amazing by following all check in and check out instructions. Come visit anytime!
Good place to stay and was just like the pictures. However, the door to get in was very hard to use and there was a lot of noise early in the morning from whoever lives above.
The home is clean and very pleasant. We loved the fireplace and cozy living room arrangement. The kitchenette was thoughtfully furnished. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the lack of a kitchen sink. We were able to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink which is right next to the kitchen area so it wasn’t a big problem.
Good location to attractions. Hard to find the entrance at night for the downstairs apartment, Remember this is a basement apartment so there is upstairs noise. Otherwise very nice place to stay!
The home is in a nice area and the lower level is really well decorated. While we did not spend mucb time there I felt safe while staying.
Kelly did a great job of communicating with us throughout the week. 10/10

Thank you! It was a delight to have you stay with us. Come visit anytime again!
It was very nice place to commute to USAFA. Couple things I would wish is easier access to get to the property, the bush was blocking the way and we reached late night having no lights on at the unit downstairs. Another thing is sink to wash the dishes was missing, so I could not really do much. However place is very clean and worth for the money!
Overall, very good. However the rock path to/from the entrance was hard to negotiate, especially with suitcases. Kelly was very quick to reply to messages and requests. For example, it was too cold for the first couple of days. Kelly adjusted the AC and we closed the vents and it was better. There were space heaters as well. The noise really carried down from upstairs until quiet hours.
Overall was very good. The path down to our entrance was a little daunting as it was covered with little round stones so we had to be careful not to slip or fall - one person is 68 years old so it was a little bit of a challenge for her. Otherwise, the dwelling was great. The lit Christmas tree, a tv in the master and spaciousness was a nice touch. Washing dishes was a little bit of a challenge since there was not a kitchen sink. The refrigerator was small so for a family of 5 that wanted to save money by eating in we had to purchase food frequently.

Very cozy place to stay. It was always a nice warm temp to come home to at night. Love the set up for the kitchen area and the amount of blankets and pillows. Take the next part with a grain of salt as we are from CA and do not have basements, the concept is wild to us. Let alone this awesome basement was bigger than our apartment! Anyways, that being said. The first night we slept in the front room and noticed it was easy to hear people above which is understandable we were told they would be home late. It’s was a weekday I get that we would hear a little bit before 6am as well but we also assumed maybe it was just that room. So we switched to the other bedroom. Bigger quieter bed so it was a comfy switch. But same, we could still hear above us. Kelly was awesome when I did ask if they could keep it a little quieter. They immediately addressed it and we were able to sleep. Again, don’t take our version of some noise too horrible. If you are familiar with basement stays then it likely sounds exactly how you imagine and won’t be an issue. If you are a light sleeper, maybe bring some extra melatonin. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay here again. Quickly hot showers. Nice towels, the fire was soooooo nice and warm
Thank you Matt. It was great having you as guests!
