If you're looking for a cozy retreat by the water where the whole family (and even the dog,) can have a fantastic time, consider this spacious, four-bedroom home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. You'll be just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and pristine, sandy beaches.

Conveniently located right off the A1A, only eight miles from the heart of St. Augustine, this comfortable getaway sits just a few blocks from the beach for fun-filled days of sun, surf, and sand. Less than two miles up the road, there are several restaurants, local shops, and even a couple supermarkets if you need to stock up during your stay. Visit beautiful St. Augustine where you can walk the ramparts of the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States, the Castillo de San Marcos, experience three centuries of local history in the Colonial Quarter, and climb the 219 steps of the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Back at your home away from home, save some money and prepare meals in your full kitchen or relax outside and enjoy the ocean breezes from your second-story deck. Playa House is a two story rental with the main living quarters on the 2nd floor. The 1st and 2nd floors are connected by outside stairs.

Everything was great! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. I am a cook & baker, and there was everything I needed in the kitchen, from gadgets to baking pans, pots, and an abundance of dishes, silverware and glasses. Located only a couple houses from the beach, this was the perfect place for our family getaway. Check-in was fast & easy and communication was great.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the amount of sleeping space. The view of the ocean and sounds of the waves were very nice.

Great location, easy access to the beach. Very comfortable house with space for a large family. Check-in directions did not include a separate code for the lock downstairs. Had to call property manager to get the code; she was very helpful but that info needs to be given along with the main code. We thought that some beach gear may have been at the house (but weren’t sure, so luckily brought chairs, boogie boards from home). The description should make it clear that you need to bring your own. Overall, a very nice stay!

I went to St Augustine for a surf trip with some friends. The location was great and we had a blast at the place. Quick walk to the beach and short rides to the town! So fun would love to stay again

This was a beautifully decorated/well equipped home in a quiet neighborhood with easy beach access. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and St. Augustine. Will definitely return!

Great rental

No complaints. Everything well stocked and was spotlessly cleaned when we got there. One block to the beach access. Would stay here again.

Perfect lil getaway!

Perfect place out of the city, walking distance to a beautiful beach... neighborhood was very laidback and quiet.... oasis breakfast was right around the corner.... so was Winn-Dixie and Publix... our group really enjoyed this home away from home!!

The property was as advertised. Clean on arrival and stocked well with cooking pans and dishes. Great view to see the ocean from the balcony and easy walking distance to the ocean. Has its own shower and foot wash at the house.

As advertised!!

We stayed in this house as a short summer vacation to celebrate graduation and birthdays. It was the perfect space for what we needed. They kids had their own space and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were dealt with in a timely fashion with pleasure. We will definitely look at this property for future trips.

Great Location/property needs upkeep

It needs a good deep cleaning and there is some needed maintenance, especially on the decks. Decorations are nice. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating. Two decks add to the space.

Excellent location in cute little beach house for multifamily

Super cute, great house, fridge didnt stay cold so that was frustrating and mold around airvents in bathrooms and wifi password wasnt what they said it would be but thats the only downside. Otherwise fantastic stay and wed stay here again if they took care of the fridge and mold.
