Grande villa familiale avec piscine chauffée directement sur la plage - Vue mer depuis votre lit !!

Que diriez-vous de regarder la mer et d'écouter les sons relaxants des vagues dès que vous vous réveillez le matin? !! Notre villa avec piscine chauffée est située dans le centre de front de mer du village Mirca, directement sur la plage.

La Villa Mirca peut accueillir 14 à 17 personnes dans 7 chambres, dont 4 sont situées côté mer de la maison offrant une vue mer depuis les lits! Le rez-de-chaussée à aire ouverte comprend un grand salon et salle à manger, une cuisine, une buanderie, une petite salle de sport avec des appareils d'entraînement et une salle de billard pour le plaisir. Terrasse et piscine chauffée de 28 m2 sont positionnées à seulement quelques mètres de la mer. Sur la terrasse se trouve également un coin repas extérieur à l'ombre des pergola et des lauriers roses, et un certain nombre de transats autour de la piscine. Dans la cour arrière est un autre patio couvert avec tennis de table et un grand grill. Villa Mirca dispose d'une place de parking pour 3 voitures et d'un haut niveau d'équipement et de service: Internet sans fil, coffre-fort, télévision par câble, climatisation, nettoyage quotidien et changement des serviettes, changement de linge 2 fois par semaine, concierge et excellent service de chef sur demande.

Everything was fantastic

We really enjoyed this wonderful villa in Mirca. A lot of space and all the amenities you could wish for. Just look at the pictures and know it will be even better in real life!

Excellent vacation in Villa Mirca

We were 16 people in our family staying in Villa Mirca this summer. Our 4 grand children loved the pool and in the end of the week they all also enjoyed the water in the sea - just outside the gate :) Everything went smooth and our host Sanja was really helpful every time we needed some information. Ideal luxurious family vacation home

Our family of 14 were all extremely pleased with our stay on Brac. The luxury of the property exceeded our expectations. Sanja was a perfect hostess and available at all hours with expert advice to help us with our questions and our planning. We especially enjoyed the chef coming to our home for a superb birthday dinner for one of our family members. I would highly recommend the property and the professionalism of Sanja, part of the owner family, to anyone interested in a fabulous vacation on the Island of Brac.

A wonderful location with a tremendous property

A fantastic holiday vacation staying in a marvelous property The host Sanja was always helpful and helped book a wonderful island day trip for the 16 of us as well as a chef booked meal at the property using fresh local ingredients and a Croation special main course to celebrate a birthday. Even a cake was baked by the host! The property is ideal for a large family group with excellent room sizes, multiple bathrooms and a kitchen for family cooking The pool was convenient and we were right on a swimming beach. The taxi service into Supetar was efficient with a great driver/ owner offering wonderful service All in all a holiday of a lifetime for a family of 16 Highly recommend

Friends holiday With children

The plans for this trip was made one year ago. We were six pairs adults with five children on the journey. Thus, there were several requests we had before leaving. All our mail was quickly answered by the always available to help owner Sanja. When we arrived in Croatia, we found that all our requests were met and more. Transport from the airport and adaptations in the home with children beds etc was just as we had requested. The house was lovely and despite all the children and adults, there was a sense of very good space. We had everything we needed with kitchen, entertainment room (table tennis / pool / billiard table) and large dining area where everyone could sit together. We had three course dinner serving in the house which was an fantastic dining experiences and it was nice to be served food after long days in the sun. The beach is literally right outside the fence. During our stay, any request was always greeted with a desire to help, and there is probably nothing Sanja can not fix or get organized! The house was cleaned and the beds made daily by a sweet lady, and needs for ekstra towels or soap was granted with a smile. Villa Mirca met all our expectations and more! We are already looking forward to going back!

Amazing stay at a gorgeous location!

We had a wonderful week at Sanja’s beautiful house right on the beach on Brac. The house was lovely with lots of space and all amenities. Our host really went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and gave us lots of good tips and recommendations for ferry travel, restaurants and markets, and even baked the most delicious local specialty birthday cake for our teenager who celebrated his birthday whist we were there! The beach had plenty of tree shade, safe waters and was never overrun, and the delightful beach bar 100 yards away was a treat for sundowners and late-night swims! Thank you Sanja for a wonderful holiday ☺️

Fin beliggenhet ved strand og brygge med enkel serveringssted. Koselig hus med store fine rom , grillplass, basseng og biljardbord som ble flittig brukt av ungdommene . Veldig bra air condition i alle rom. Verten var svært oppmerksom og hyggelig , sørget til og med for selvlaget bursdagskake. Hun fulgte også opp både henvendelsene før reisen og under oppholdet på en fortreffelig måte. Renhold i huset var bra,men terrassen ved bassenget kunne vært noe bedre rengjort .

Vår stora familj med barn och barnbarn har stortrivts i Villa Mirca. Vi vill tillbaka! Kanske nästa år redan! Vår värdinna är så trevlig och hjälpsam. A fabulous villa, superbly maintained and a wonderfully helpful owner

I booked the villa for my family and 2 others for the first week in August. It exceeded our expectations in every respect. The care and attention we received from Sanja the owner was remarkable - from the minute we booked she contacted us and responded promptly to all emails, nothing was too much for her - she even managed to organise a delicious meal for all 14 of us on the evening of our arrival. She is professional and super efficient as well as being an absolutely delightful person. We also arrived to find she had made us a delicious fig cake - a wonderful touch on arrival. The villa was beautiful, immaculately clean and clearly cared for very much by the owner. Cleaners came in every day at a time of our convenience. The pool, outdoor eating terrace and proximity to the sea is wonderful - perfect for a quick swim before breakfast. The beaches are pebbled so beach shoes for kids are quite useful although not essential and we all said that we have never swam in such crystal clear water. The added extra of a pool table and table tennis table was fantastic. The indoor communal space is great for 14 people, with plenty of space for everyone. Overall a wonderful villa on a stunning island, definitely highly recommend. Sanja was also very helpful at recommending restaurants and places to visit. Thank you Sanja for helping us enjoy a wonderful relaxing week's holiday. We all absolutely loved it and would strongly recommend staying in your villa. Thank you !

Fantastic

I organised for 14 ladies to stay in the villa for a long weekend for a Hen celebration. Sanja was very very helpful, she took a lot of the stress from me and organised things like, transfers, a private chef, Yoga and was always on hand with any questions. Her welcome was very warm, she made Cherry cake from the cherry tree outside and gave us a guided tour! The villa it self is Fantastic, modern and clean. 2 long tables 1 inside and 1 out so we could decide where to eat, the pool was lovely, with enough beds for us all to sunbathe and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are great! The kitchen is a great size, has a pizza oven and there is even a pool table and a Ping pong table. We used the BBQ outside and the cleaner came every day. We all loved every moment and would Defiantly go back!

I will recomend this large family villa in Brac !!

We had a wounderful week in june-july 2015 in this large Family villa. We were total 13 People from 5 to 71 years. We all loved the pool, the sea so Close to the house, the very Nice bedroms, that it was clean, the service from the housekeepers, the service from Sanja. Everething actually was fantastic, and we absolute want to come back sometime :)

A great holiday at this beautiful villa by the sea

We were four families renting this villa together (15 persons). This is a really beautiful place which absolutely fitted our needs and wishes, also the location was perfect for us (by the seaside, a restaurant close by and more in Supetar a short drive away or you can also walk). The owner really made us feel welcome and also provided excellent service. Space for 15 people to dine both inside and outside (not always the case when we have rented elsewhere). We ordered dinner in the villa two evenings and that can certainly be recommended! Nice and private outdoor area and beautiful view, especially from the top floor. The kids really enjoyed the billard and the pool too. I really liked this place and may come back in the future!

Fantastic villa with a wonderful host

Our large group of 4 families: 9 adults and 8 children (aged 5-10) had a fantastic time at the villa for a week in the end of July-beginning of August. The villa and the rooms (bedrooms, common areas, patio) turned out to be bigger then they looked in pictures/plans, very spacious, clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. We had to hide a few things such as balls for the pool table from the kids though. The villa never felt crowded even with our large group and had pretty much everything you'd expect. It was right on the beach (that was, I must say, laso popular with local residents) -- about 10 steps from the patio got you into the sea. The pool was also very popular with everyone including the kids. The service by the host, Sanja, and her team was amazingly warm, efficient yet discrete. She was there when we needed her and not there when we did not. It was very friendly and easy going. She organized tons of activities at our request (sailing, excursions, transfers to beaches, bikes, etc), some on very short notice. We ordered food service the first couple of nights and after that had no desire to eat anywhere else. Sanja herself made a birthday cake -- twice! -- as we had two children birthdays during our stay. When one of the mountain bikes we rented had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere in the hills of the island, Sanja again came herself to the rescue and drove the bike and the hapless bicyclist to the bike shop. (As an advice to those who want to rent bikes -- make sure they come with the repair kit!) In terms of location, there is a lot to do but most of it requires some sort of transfer either by boat or car. There is not much to do right next to the villa except of course to hang out by the pool or the beach in Mirca (the one that is 10 steps away). Those who like their beach with water related activities would need to go to Supetar, a town that is about a 30 min walk away (faster if you don't need to drag children along). Or a 5 min taxi ride arranged by Sanja. I would certainly recommend the villa to any large group who are interested in exploring Croatia.

Wonderful Holiday!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Mirca. I cannot speak more highly of it . First of all, Brac is a beautiful island, with lovely places to visit and warm, friendly people almost all of whom speak very good English. Villa Mirca itself is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, very spacious and has all the amenities you could ever need. It is right next to the beach in a charming location. Our host Sanja was wonderful and went way above and beyond what any home owner has ever done for us in the past when renting vacation properties. She came in to see us every day to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions for what to visit, activities, restaurants etc. She organized many things for us - car rentals, boat rentals , taxis etc. but most impressive were the wonderful evening meals she catered for us cooked by her very talented father who was a chef. We really enjoyed not having to get organized to go to a restaurant every night with our family of 12. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our delicious meals, served to us in a very elegant fashion. We all had a wonderful time and felt very spoiled by our charming, gracious hostess. I would recommend Villa Mirca to all families looking for a stress-free, luxurious holiday in a great location. Thank you again Sanja!

My name is Sanja and together with my family I own and run three holiday villas in the charming seaside village of Mirca on the island Brac: Villa Mirca (7 bedrooms), Villa Gumonca (6 bedrooms) and Villa Maruka (3 bedrooms). We have been working in tourism and hospitality for many years, but most importantly, island of Brac is our home and we are passionate about sharing our love for it with our guests and friends. After some years of living in big city, I now live full time in Mirca and will be happy to share my firsthand local knowledge with you!
