Great house in a great location. Loved the large conversational pit and the seating on the back porch was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of serving pieces, utensils plates, and glasses.

Great house, serene deck for morning coffee and lots of bird activity. Well suited for large groups, though also comfortable for smaller groups. All bedrooms are well equipped, and the kitchen had a lot of amenities. Game room adds a great outlet for a variety of options. Separate casita provides a private spot for part of group. A great balance of distance from chaos of downtown and campus, but very easily reachable for activities in both areas.

Exactly as described. The back deck and spacious living area with gigantic TV was perfect for our multiaged group. AvantStay was responsive and helpful. Yard is not fully fenced so beware if you are bringing your pet. But everything else was wonderful!
