This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the guest bedroom, a queen bed in the primary suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfectly located just a short walk from the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and seasonal activities, you’ll be right in the center of all the action Keystone has to offer.

Inside, the cozy living area features a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and comfortable seating—including the sleeper sofa—all overlooking charming village views. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals from the comfort of your condo.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, and a private en suite bathroom with a separate water closet for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and its own TV, while the second bathroom includes a combination shower and bathtub—perfect for families or groups.

Buffalo Lodge offers convenient on-site amenities including ski lockers, outdoor hot tubs, and a welcoming lobby lounge with a pool table. Perfect spot for a group of 4. We loved the ski in/ski out access and 2 br/2 bath set up. Fireplace was cozy and the kitchen was well suited for light cooking. Property management made checking in and out easy. Would come again.

Fantastic condo located in River Run a short walk from the gondola. We parked our car and didn’t need it the entire trip. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking our meals, family game night, and watching NFL playoffs. Check in was easy, mgmt responsive and easy to communicate with. We recommend this condo and would gladly stay again!

Well stocked kitchen but no kitchen/DR table, which I did not realize from VRBO website. 3 counter stools and side table with 2 counter stools but would have been nicer with table that could accommodate family of 4-5.Otherwise well maintained bldg short walk through village to gondola.

The condo was awesome, elevator was great no stairs. The heated parking lot was amazing. The check-in process was different. You have to go to a different building and get your key and then head over to the condo and get in after you get your packet so pay attention to the directions. They are very easy and the video was great! In the condo, the beds were very clean and comfortable good pillows, I would definitely bring shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There were only tiny little bottles. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook, beautiful clean refrigerator and the best part was how close it was to the gondola! I would stay here again, 100 times over!The hot tub was awesome outside very easy to get to, the ski lockers were great and easy to put your gear away, pool tables, and right in the middle of everything! Doesn’t get any better than this!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
