About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Second visit and not the last.
We go to this general area every year for our family trip. We specifically chose Beaver Creek West condos this time based on our previous stay there several years ago. We generally opt for a luxury home on the mountain but for our group size and intentions this year the convenience of BCW was Paramount. The condo is walking, shuttling or bussing distance from everywhere you'd want to go on the mountain. The condo comes with WiFi, cable, firewood, washer, dryer and most anything else you'd need for a visit. My only complaint would be the age and quality of the equipment and furnishings. A couple of the heaters were broken and the finishing appear to all be late 80s early 90s, aside from bathroom remodels. These are very fixable issues surrounding an otherwise amazingly stress free visit. Even the staff was nice and helpful when we missed our check out time and needed some lenience. We'll definitely be back. Hopefully next year!
We booked this for a weekend soccer tournament that was happening all over the Vail valley. It worked out incredibly well (our team was playing in the field to the south of the Condo Complex) After experiencing the location, I will consider this place for other seasons besides fall. It is convenient to town and the ski area as well.
So accommodating for a group....
Overall our stay wasn't too bad. My main issue was the lack of cleanliness of the place. When you first walk in you are smacked in the face with a musty smell. I bought air freshener to help remove it. The sheets in the master had something caked on it and the towels had brown stains on them. One bathroom had a dirty floor towel and a used bar of soap in the shower. It also had a used tissue in the bedside table as well as boogers on the bathroom wall as well has the hallway. There were also finger nail trimmings around the kitchen sink. Being a nurse, I may be overly cleanly compared to others but this place has some room for improvement. I'm also very independent so I did a lot of the cleaning myself.
We basically left the place in a cleaner condition than what we found it. I would recommend a different cleaning company.
Other than that our stay was great. The layout of the unit was so much better than I thought it was going to be based on the pictures. I was also very thankful to find an affordable place since Hurricane Irma cancelled our Florida vacation last minute. We enjoyed the mountains and various outdoor activities in the area. If a different process for cleaning is implemented, we would definitely consider staying here again.
this worked but not buy much!
This property worked for a place to lay my head but other than that is was a waste of money. The picture shown in the property description is not even close i.e. bright light colors. The interior was so dark with the fireplace adding even more darkness tot he living room. Some lights in the living room didn't work as well as almost all electrical outlets were so worn that I could barley keep my electronics from falling out while plugged in ( all co2 detectors were just a walk by and they would fall out. The carpet was stained (multiple locations), ripped, and frayed apart in two different locations. We had no bar soap with stained (big black spots) bath towels upon arrival. The television system was not easy to follow (unable to get any information) when looking for a menu guide. There was no mention os having to share a patio bad move!!!! All in all will NOT stay at another Vacasa properties again. POORLY representing property. I paid a big price for what i received. Sorry but that what I found........
Everything was great! And the management team was amazing.
