We are a couple who both grew up in the Midwest, where long summer days were spent by the lakes- swimming, boating, and making memories on the water. When we moved to Texas, we were drawn to New Braunfels for its same sense of relaxation and connection to the outdoors. This area reminds us of home, and we love that it offers visitors the chance to enjoy the river, sunshine, and small-town charm just like we did growing up. Hosting here lets us share that love of the water and create a place where others can make those same wonderful memories.

The community pool allows for a safe, gated area for both exercise and leisure, with ample seating for lounging and socializing. The playground area is thoughtfully designed for children to keep them both engaged and entertained.
