We are located at the heart of the Granby Ranch Resort with slope-side access to the ski area and bike park just a few yards from the lift. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has a spacious and open floor plan - perfect for entertaining.

Our guests will also be sent our one-of-a kind visitors guide with all the local secrets. Something our family created just for your family to enjoy Granby, Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and all the fun little towns in-between!

For the self-catering holiday enthusiasts, our full kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy relaxing and playing in the large recreational common area on the 1st floor directly below our condo. Ski lockers are provided on the first floor for easy storage and access to your equipment.

Granby Ranch Colorado, a four season retreat just 15 miles northwest of Winter Park & 22 miles south of Rocky Mountain National Park, offers year-round activities for everyone. The Ski Resort at Granby Ranch is comprised of two hills, 33 trails, 5 lifts and more than 25 km of maintained Nordic backcountry trails. This resort is perfect for families and groups looking for a ski vacation that encourages togetherness. During the spring, the snow melts revealing Granby Ranch's green slopes with extensive hiking and biking trails. Granby Ranch is a conservatory area where the elk & deer winter. No unit at Base Camp has an air-conditioner, but high in mountains none is needed. Open the windows when you arrive and enjoy the mountain air. Our property also has several fans for you to use.

In late spring Headwaters Golf Course opens with 18 holes incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. Adjacent to the golf course, Granby Ranch now offers private fly fishing access or you can enjoy Colorado catch and release fishing just a few miles up the Fraser River. Whether you are looking for a vacation packed with activities such as skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking and biking or just a scenic relaxing getaway, Granby Ranch is the perfect vacation destination in any season!
......and even if you are NOT a sports enthusiast, Granby Ranch is for you. The mountains are on fire with color in the late summer, early fall of September. The mountain ASPENS exhibit every color of the season..green, orange, red and yellow. A true photographer's paradise!!!

Granby Ranch is located approx. 80 miles from Denver airport.
The shuttle is close by for the 20-minute trip to Winter Park as well to ski or snowmobile in Rocky Mountain National Park, which is only a 20-minute drive from our condo. Stop at Grand Lake for live theater and dinner.

Of all Base Camp condos, ours is the shortest distance to the slopes – a true ski-in and ski-out. With the largest deck of any condo, it looks right out onto the base of the mountain.

Additionally, our condo’s proximity to the elevator provides easy access to the heated underground garage (one space), garbage/recycling, and common fire pit.
