This is an amazing condo right at the base of the ski resort. We stayed there with our family of 6 for a summer wedding at the resort, and it was great! The Condo feels brand new and was in immaculate condition. The owners were easy to communicate with and it was perfect for our family gathering for the weekend!

Fabulous! Staying at base camp in this condo was just perfect for our needs: amazing access to the slopes, nice heated parking and everything we needed was available in the condo. Super clean and loved the Holiday decorations! We hope to return again!

Excellent Location, Excellent Hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! Our family was so comfortable in the cozy seating, great beds and well equipped kitchen. Our hosts kept us up to date and provided great info to us prior to check in!! We highly recommend and hope to stay here again next year for our ski trip!

The condo was fantastic. My parents loved being able to sit on the deck or even inside the condo and watch us ski. It had everything we needed. We love Granby so much for our family. Our only complaints were the lack of parking for a second vehicle and the 20/person to use the pool/hot tub. The host has no control over those two things so I can’t fault them at all. Great hosts and great condo.

Great time at Base Camp One Granby Ranch!

This condo was perfect for our ski vacation! Well appointed and decorated for the holidays! Plenty of room and location to the lifts, well couldn't be closer! All around a great stay.

Great ski in/out condo in Granby!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and probably the 7th time at Base Camp 1. Beverly (owner) is great and the place is wonderful for our family with 2 kids and 2 parents. Would certainly stay here again!
