Quiet and Serene

My wife and I fully enjoyed our time at this property. Check in was easy and the grounds around this property were amazing.

Very poor check in.

We have stayed at Ekahi a dozen times and booked through VRBO last January for this December. After all of the communication with the booking, they then started using an email that hasn't been active for 5 years instead of the one used for the reservation. That meant I did not receive all the Covid related forms that were supposed to be filled out and returned prior to check in and we were not provided checkin codes. In addition, we had reserved a different unit with two bathrooms and when we got there, we were moved to a smaller unit with only one bathroom. The new unit did have a great location and spectacular view, but it is smaller, and the bedroom porch opens to the parking lot rather than a more native setting.
