Soooooo Close to the Beach & Completely Remodeled! Relax to the Sounds of Waves
This beautiful ground floor unit was completely remodeled in 2015 and every surface is brand new. If you prefer one of the shortest and most level walks to the beach in Ekahi Village, then condo 21-C is for you! (The complex is situated on a hillside.) Enjoy relaxing meals on the lanai with the sounds of the ocean and our peek-a-boo ocean view framed by palm trees. If you wish, open the glass sliders, turn on the ceiling fans, and take in the ocean breezes. (Of course you have the option of using the 2 new a/c systems.) We offer a blu-ray dvd player and a 55" flat screen tv in the living room, and a 46 " flat screen tv in the bedroom which can be enjoyed from the CA king size bed. An IHOME alarm clock offers easy bedside charging of your iphone. There is a private lanai off the bedroom which opens to a lush garden. The brand new fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry, dark granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen amenities also include a blender and rice cooker. The shower has a custom etched glass panel, and sports both a stationary shower head and a handheld unit for easier bathing of kids. The adjoining vanity and dressing area has custom cabinetry, a dark granite counter top, and one of the four ceiling fans in the condo. Out in the living room, the new queen size sofa bed boasts an 8" pillow-top mattress. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys, as well as a small cooler. When you want to take a break from the sun, there are books as well as board games to play. The complimentary starter supply of dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags allows you to enjoy even your very first day in paradise. For the comfort of all of our guests (and our own children) there is no smoking, and no pets are allowed in the condo.

Why Terri and Dave Tarnoff chose Wailea
Location was key to us in deciding where to buy on Maui. Ekahi Village is a beachfront complex so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach. And it is a low density community so the beach is less crowded than at the resorts. At the same time, we are close enough to walk to many of the restaurants at the nearby resorts if we so desire. Ekahi Village is the best of both worlds. As you walk through the lush tropical gardens throughout Ekahi Village, you will find four pools, shuffle board, and paddle tennis courts. The beautiful beachfront pavilion offers a full kitchen, barbecues, pool and showers, as well as an entry onto magnificent Keawakapu Beach. This is a beautiful sandy beach (one of Maui's longest) with great swimming and snorkeling, as well as seasonal whale watching during the winter months.

We have stayed at Ekahi before so knew the complex/resort itself was wonderful before we went, but this condo made our stay this time even better. The condo is in immaculate condition and has everything you need, including being a very short distance from the family pool, beach and Wailea beach path. Our kids are 3 and 5 so we also appreciated the selection of beach toys and games that were available for them - and the parents loved making use of the body boards too! Communication was easy and we had a great stay! Thank you :)
This Condo is one of the best-equipped condos we've ever stayed in. Another huge bonus for us is that it is a very close walk to both the main pool, adult pool and Keawakapu beach. We had a small inconvenience that the Owners were quick to respond to. Overall a great vacation in a great property.

An Awesome Place to Stay
This condo has everything you need, is newly renovated and is in a great location. The resort has a wonderful pool area and awesome beach. This is our second stay at this condo and we hope to return again next year!
Quiet, comfortable and classy
This is now our favorite place to stay. We’ve already booked for next year! The unit itself is so lovely. It is exceptionally well designed and appointed. Private, quiet and just a 2-3 minute walk to beautiful beaches. The shared areas are carefully managed —-but not intrusive—-to ensure the comfort of every guest. We hope to be back year after year.
New favourite place to stay in Wailea!
Have stayed at Ekahi village on several occasions and this condo is perfect! Excellent communication from owner prior to arrival. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Great location, very private. Can't wait to come back!
This was a perfect place for us. It was comfortable, nice and so close to amazing beaches. We loved Maui and the apartment had anything we needed for our vacation. The bed was so comfortable. The place so quiet. Ekahi village was so nice, even the pool was perfect. Definitely a place to come back!
Additional information about rental rates
Deposit to hold reservation is 1/2 rental amount + taxes + VRBO's service fee. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival and is 1/2 rental amount +$300 fully refundable damage deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to reservation arrival date will receive a full refund.
