Delightful beach home only 2.5 miles to Manasota Key Beach & 8 miles to downtown Venice. Freshly remodeled & everything is new! 1 month is the minimum rental period from May through December. 2 months minimum rental period from January through April. Great home for a couple, a family, or some friends getting together for a beach trip. Enjoy your a cocktail out on the screened lanai, or head over to the beach for a beautiful sunset. With Venice an easy 8 mile drive to the north, there is no shortage of things to do. Check out the downtown shopping area, or head over to Venice Beach to soak up some rays and enjoy the warm gulf water (Venice Beach is also well known for shark tooth hunting).

Die Ausstattung war generell in gutem Zustand und genau so wie vom Gastgeber vorgestellt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und nur eine Kleinigkeit anzumerken - es ist generell (bedingt durch die Bungalow Bauweise in den USA) sehr hellhörig.
