Unwind in New Smyrna Beach at this Guest Favorite townhome hosted by Super hosts. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 futon, and 1 king bed, this charming retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests with 2.5 bathrooms. Relax in the living room with a futon and sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Stocked Kitchen and a fenced private backyard with a firepit, grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor storage closet has beach accessories, and the beach access is right out the door. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place! This is a private duplex nothing is shared. The 4-bedroom 3 bath townhome next door can also be rented to provide 7 bedrooms 5.5. bathrooms for larger parties.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect to the beach and local family. Sheri has thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the futons and hide-a-bed accommodated our large group.

The property was exactly what we needed. We were at a football tournament and the location was perfect. The house made us feel like we were at home. The host was soooo responsive. Everything went great. The house was better than described and worked great for our group. Well furnished and plenty of space. Beach is across the street and plenty of bars and restaurants a short distance away. The host was very responsive and communicated well pre and post stay.

I'm originally from Louisiana but have been residing in and out of Florida since the 80's. My co host Craig is originally from Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We enjoy beach towns and love the quaintness of New Smyrna Beach. We like hosting to give our guests a personalized concierge experience they don't receive from property management companies.

Why they chose this property

We are located close to everything and the beach access is at our corner. The other end of the street at Saxon has a large side walk for walking, running or biking and there is a nature trail off the sidewalk that is great for walking dogs.
