Welcome to our stunning new twin villas, each featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, just a quick 5-minute drive from Georgetown. Enjoy access to our private marina for docking boats, set in a peaceful, secluded location reached only via a scenic harbour drive. Our private beach offers calm, gentle waters perfect for families and children.

We also provide optional extra services for an additional fee, including private chef, boat tours, jetski rental, kayaking, and in-villa massage!

1- The Setting:

A serene, harmonious waterfront retreat featuring crystal-clear waters, a private beach, and dock, all in a peaceful, secluded haven just a short 5-minute drive from Georgetown!

2- The Villas:

Both villas are brand new and beautifully designed with a fresh modern-coastal aesthetic. Each offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus worry-free comfort with full central air conditioning throughout.

3- The Kitchen:

Fully equipped! Enjoy all the essentials: spices, complete cutlery, high-quality appliances, a cake mixer, blender, BBQ tools, and, of course, plenty of coffee.

4- Outdoors:

Relax on the spacious terrace, play on the volleyball court, unwind at our private tranquil beach with gentle low tides, dine al fresco under the pergola, or gather around the fireplace for storytelling, spooky or hilarious, under the stars.

5- The Marina

Enjoy exclusive private marina access with complimentary dockage for guests. The water is right there. Watch boats glide by, explore nearby cays, or simply savor the effortless, peaceful rhythm of waterfront living.

Host amenities were nicer than anything I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful decor and tranquil setting. Incredibly kind and accommodating host. Loved spotting turtles in the backyard marina. The outdoor spaces are also amazing. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return.

Great house. The host is amazingly nice. The house is decorated great and has everything you need from coffee to a grill and incredible views. Best part is you can keep the boat in the back yard 50 feet from the house and be amazing beaches in minutes.

Our stay at TVM was nothing short of exceptional. The villa is ideally located—about 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Georgetown, and just 2 minutes from Brown’s Marine (where the 7 Beaches tour departs). It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close enough to everything. I highly recommend renting a car for your stay.The home is beautifully and thoughtfully designed (as seen in photos), with unique art pieces that elevate the space and create the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Every detail was carefully considered. The villa is fully stocked with everything you could need—from spices, olive oil, and coffee to laundry supplies and sanitizers—making it easy to settle in and relax. We spent many evenings playing Uno, and it truly felt like a home away from home, just elevated.The bedding is top-notch, with options for every type of sleeper—light blankets for those who run warm and plush down comforters for extra coziness, along with both firm and soft pillows.The warm welcome was such a special touch—delicious rum cake, plus a selection of soda, wine, and beer that went above and beyond.On calm days, the water is so clear you can spot colorful fish and even sea turtles right from the dock. Cleo provides snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler (upon request), and sand toys—everything you need for a perfect beach day.In all our years of traveling, this experience truly stands out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Aluminum foil, parchment paper and Ziploc bags were provided to make preparing meals easy.
A lot more than the standard salt and pepper.

Hi, I’m Cleopatra, a proud wife, mother of three, and a true Androsian at heart. I moved to beautiful Exuma in 1995, and for over 30 years, this island has been my home, a place where I’ve raised my family, built lasting friendships, and found endless inspiration.

Before becoming a host, I owned and operated a decorating store for 18 years, often traveling to handpick unique pieces for my clients. Eventually, I felt a calling to stay closer to home and create something deeply personal, something that reflects both my creativity and my love for island life. That’s how Turquoise Vista Marina & Villas came to be.

This new chapter gave me the opportunity to build a space from the ground up, designed with heart, intention, and a deep appreciation for beauty and function. As a self-taught interior designer and artist, I personally designed every aspect of the villas, from the interiors to the garden, to create a peaceful, welcoming retreat where guests can feel at home.

Being a host gives me the joy of meeting people from around the world and helping them experience the Exuma I’ve come to love.

For over 25 years, I’ve also been actively involved in community development here in Exuma, working to beautify public spaces and give back to the island that has given me so much.

We chose this peaceful neighborhood for its natural charm, marina views, and close proximity to George Town. It’s quiet, scenic, and just steps from the shoreline, perfect for those seeking a genuine connection to island life.
