Highly recommend staying in this spacious, comfortable apartment

Our first visit to London was extremely complimented by booking this apartment and living comfortably for a week. The neighborhood was lovely with proximity to everyday life. Furnishings were well suited. Plenty of closet space and the kitchen very well stocked. Outside garden area was quite lovely. One hiccup was the upstairs flat having some sort of construction work done, but that happens and lasted a day. Being on the lower level did not reduce the outside light significantly, if that's what's important. The wifi was excellent and plenty of outlets. Only recommendation is to upgrade the towel quality. Thank you Fleur for a lovely stay in Holland Park. Cheers.

Family vacation to London

Our family of five stayed in Fleur's flat for a week while visiting London for the first time. The location was excellent and we felt safe and tucked away. The property management company was a few feet away and pick up and drop off of keys was a breeze. During our stay, unfortunately, the Holland Park tube station was closed for repairs but the walk to Shephard's Bush is lovely and quick. We discovered a wealth of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

The kitchen is very well equipped and we took advantage of it by preparing breakfasts and dinners in the flat. The washer and dryer were very helpful and we were able to head off to our next destination with suitcases of clean clothes. Everything was in good repair and the flat was immaculate.

We very much enjoyed being close to Holland Park and the adventure playground was a perfect break from the crowds. Overall a great location and a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful flat

This flat was great. Close to shops, restaurants, tube. Everything we needed was on the premises. The only thing I didn't like (hense 4 instead of 5 stars) was that the lights in the bathrooms came on automaticly when you walk in. This really bugged me in the middle of the night to be blinded by bright lights. My only complaint. Otherwise, perfect spot for a family or two couples.

Perfect place to stay in Holland Park

We stayed at this flat in September with our friend and were completely satisfied. It is a below level plat so there are 8-10 narrow steps to the front door, but once inside the flat is light filled and has an outdoor patio complete with table & chairs. The wifi was excellent. The flat is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed so if you want to cook it is possible.

The neighborhood has a traditional pub, The Castle, that has good food, several restaurants, a gelato shop, a Tesco grocery store, pharmacy, and even a Starbucks. The tube station is an easy walk and the bus stop is right in front of the building. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to in the city.

Fantastic Holland Park Location

Our family of five enjoyed a relaxing stay at this spacious, two-bedroom basement flat. Although it is a ground floor/basement flat, there are two patio doors and a window that open and let in light to the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has excellent lighting fixtures. The entire flat is well-appointed--the bathrooms are modern, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the pots/pans/utensils you need to cook a meal.

The owner is very responsive to emails and her property management company, which has an office near the flat, was easy to work with.

Finally, Holland Park is a great location--easy tube and bus access to the center of London. Near the Holland Park tube station is a nice variety of stores and restaurants within an easy walk of the apartment. The park (Holland Park) is a gorgeous place to walk and relax. We highly recommend it!

Great apartment with fantastic location

Got back last week from an 8 night stay at this great apartment! The location is terrific. Close to bus and tube. A Tesco market right up the road. Great local pub called The Castle--wine shop, cheese shop, breakfast and patisserie and even (if like me you want your coffee!) a Starbucks.

The apartment was clean, stocked well if you wanted to make a meal. We tended to have breakfast there and wine, cheese and snacks at the end of a busy touring day in the garden. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5. We had a couple join us one night for wine and cheese pre dinner and it was very roomy. 2 full baths and even a 1/2 bath to use. Yes, it is a little dark because it is technically basement apartment. But it was still bright enough and the garden helped bc it was a nice outdoor space. The owner was so easy to work with and helpful. The apartment is set off the main road and the back bedroom (master) was quiet. The front bedroom had a bit more noise but not really. My daughter and two sons shared and they slept no problems at all!

Definitely would recommend this apartment. The experience was a good one and seamless.
