About this property
Beautiful mountain guest home in the Aspen Valley!
This unique property has a style all its own. It is on 40 acres in a gated community yet only 10 minute drive to Whole Foods and a myriad of shops and restaurants. It is a reasonable 20-30 minutes to both Aspen, Snowmass and Buttermilk ski resorts. All feature many activities and attractions all year round.
It is the fully independent guest home of my main residence and will primarily be available when I am away traveling.
The home was built it 2023-2024 and beckons for someone who will respect it’s beauty and maintain its newness.
