This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this cabin and we still love it. Everything is just as it's listed. The cabin is close enough to town to drive to what you want to do within 20 minutes or so but still out away enough that it's quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent choice

Property was very easy to locate. Exactly as described in VRBO listing. Love the swing on the screen enclosed back porch! Area was very quiet...perfect for us since we were on the trip to vegetate. Every need was met.

Great communication

Frank gave great check-in instructions, including maps to get to the property. It can be a little confusing heading to the mountain cabin, so make sure you read through the maps ahead of time. I did have a critter in the chimney, and there was great communication with working through that situation as well. Clean cabin. Well written instruction. VERY lovely fully stocked kitchen! Lovely place to stay. Loved the screened in deck with swing and hot tub. Very cozy. Also, appreciated that this particular driveway was FLAT! Many that I drove past were very high angles going up and down. So, this driveway was awesome and easy to navigate. Overall, would consider staying again at this cabin or another of his properties.

Great Little Getaway!

My husband and I spent 2 nights here, and enjoyed our time. The location was convenient, yet felt secluded. A hot tub is a must for relaxation and we were thrilled to see this listing! We had a wonderful stay.

Nice stay! enjoyed it

We really enjoyed the stay...except the bed, it was so hard. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch bed. Other than that the cabin was as expected and would love to come again. If I had a suggestion, get a new bed! and help provide basic kitchen items and such. There wasn't even salt and pepper and in all our stays for years we've never had a stay not have things like salt, pepper, small containers, etc. Would be a nice touch to have these. Probably possible by allowing tenants to leave and then keep various things on hand. Thank you!

Cute cabin

Very clean cabin, attractively decorated in a black bear theme. Host had provided everything we could need: plenty of linens, heat working great, showers were fine, and the kitchen was very functional. Only a couple of issues: TV in the living room was on its last legs and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Honeymoon Stay

Everything was fantastic! Cute and comfortable. Loved the hottub and the shower had a lot of pressure. Quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we had in mind for our first visit to the Smokies.

location is not easy access, furniture is not as described in listing, otherwise, cabin was cute and had everything we needed. Didn't spend much time there other that sleeping, if we had, there isn't much in the way of outdoor space to use. Overall, enjoyed out stay. Thank you

Honeymoon destination

Not horrible but could improve

Spider webs on entry door and outside front porch. Porch hasn’t been swept off. Lots of debris. Spiderwebs in the shower. Ac was not working in bedroom had to sleep on couch in living room bc it was too hot to sleep. Water wasn’t working last night we were there. Hot tub got to temperatures of 109 should only reach 104. Sent email to owner never heard back.

Mt hideaway

It was lovely..quiet comfortable cabin. 15 min to town, very relaxing. Recommend! Be sure you have a v6...drive up is a little intimidating the first couple times.

It truly is Frankly Peaceful

Frank's place was exactly what we needed. There was enough space between cabins so you didn't feel on top of one another. Loved all the trees surrounding the properties. The space was cozy and not cramped like some cabins. Thank you Frank!

Great place to stay!

We loved our time spent this past weekend at Frankly Peaceful. It was secluded, but we were also just the right distance from everything. We enjoyed the screened in porch with the hot tub and swing. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The only complaint we had was that the bed was firm, but I think it was just our preference. We plan to come back in the near future.

Family Thanksgiving

Spent a week in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee. Cabin was very nice, peace and quiet. The drive up to the cabin is memorable. Hot tub was great. Would consider this place again if we are in the area. We'd question your cleaning crew. Don't think you're getting your monies worth.

Nice quiet cabin

The only drawback to this cabin would be if you’re planning on going in and out a lot the roads are quite windy and steep. I’d say if weather was bad you’re not going anywhere. Other than that 5 stars for us. I would definetly stay again. Very peaceful and quiet area. Cabin was perfect for me and my wife.

I have vacationed in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area and have family in the area. I absolutely fell in love with the area and particularly the people. I am active duty military, so I don't get to make it to the mountains as often as I'd like to. But, pleasing my guests is a very high priority of mine because I want them to have the same enjoyment and satisfaction I have whenever I stay in the mountains. The surrounding faith-based community is the most appealing facet that draws my attention to this area. I assure you the beauty and the peace I feel whenever I get to stay at this home is very unique.
