House Rules

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment, threats, or verbal abuse toward staff may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkouts
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must receive approval before arriving early or departing after our standard check-in/check-out times. Unapproved late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a $40 charge.

• Parking
Only one vehicle is permitted in the building`s reserved parking area. Additional vehicles must be parked in non-reserved spaces outside or on the outskirts of the property, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for following all parking regulations and restrictions.

• Pool Hours
The community pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Guests must comply with all posted pool and community amenity rules while using the facilities.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the property before, during, or after your stay.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time pet fee of $115.

• Fobs, Parking Passes, Fan & TV Remotes
Please ensure all fobs, parking passes, fan remotes, and TV remotes are left inside the unit before checking out. Replacement fees may apply for missing items.

• Parties, Excessive Noise & Smoking
Parties, events, excessive noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on normal guest use. Excessive mess, stains, odors, or unusually intensive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

• Extra Towels & Linens
If you need additional towels or linens, please check the dryer first, as housekeeping may still be completing laundry services.

• Maintenance Requests
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs and maintenance. While we will make every effort to address concerns promptly, non-emergency requests may require additional time to resolve.

Apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus when you’re staying somewhere. The pool area was very nice and we enjoyed many hours sitting by it! We liked how it wasn’t very far from the beaches as well. We definitely would stay here again!

Check in was easy, the only thing which may not be on the host’s part was that the host offered us later check out but the cleaners never got back to the host within 24 hrs

The unit itself is spacious, and having two bedrooms along with a kitchen is very convenient for families.However, our experience with check-in and housekeeping was disappointing. The unit was not ready until 6 PM, and there was no communication from the host regarding the delay. We ended up waiting nearly two hours after arrival, and when we entered, the place was still not in a clean and ready condition.Additionally, the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, and the cookware provided appeared to be low quality. When used on the electric stove, it emitted an unpleasant odor, forcing us to discard the food and avoid cooking altogether.While the property has good potential, better attention to housekeeping and communication would significantly improve the overall experience—especially for families.

When checking in the room it was not cleaned. Towels on the floor, beds not changed from the other guest that stayed before us, floors dirty, bathrooms had the other guests bars of soap in the tub, garbage not taken out. Contact management they sent someone to clean the room.They made the beds with the same sheets the guest before us slept on, floors dirty and they didn’t clean the bathrooms. I have to wash our bedding that night I arrived because the house keeper did do there job. I contacted the manager again and said, I wanted a refund for that night and haven’t heard back. The next day the housekeeper came to the room. I showed her the mess in the bathroom, floors, and bedding.
