Wonderful, spacious property in a great location. The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We were a family of 7 adults and it worked perfectly for us. Xavier is a great host, easy communication and very helpful. The house is stocked with many ammenities to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We look forward to a return visit!

Our stay for one night was wonderful. Everyone in the group commented on how clean and great their stay was. Very convenient to get around and see Saratoga. There were multiple framed notes explaining where things were located in the home and how things worked. Thank you Xavier for all your help and communications. Thank you for the coffee and tea which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would love to book a longer stay in the future. Beautiful home.

We were four couples in town for a weekend festival in February. We would stay here again. In the middle of everything in Saratoga was just that- a short walk to our venue and downtown, as well as having two large living and dining areas that were comfortable for hanging out. The updated kitchen was well-supplied, and the whole house very clean. Xavier was welcoming and attentive, coming over once to make sure the steps were free of ice. We had a couple of questions on arrival, which he answered quickly.

Went for my bachelor party and the house was great! Very spacious and very clean. Xavier was an awesome host as well. Super responsive in the lead up and made sure there were no issues with check-in. Location itself was great for getting to the racetrack and bars.
