We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and had a lot to offer. We especially loved having access to the grill and enjoyed eating dinner in the kitchenette area. We also had a great time using the pool table and playing the games that were available.The only things that could have been improved were the cleanliness of the grill and the key fob. The grill could have used a little more cleaning, although we still used it twice during our stay. The key fob also didn’t work very well, and it was a little difficult figuring out which outside doors would allow us to get upstairs to our room since it didn’t work on all of them.Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. With a little improvement to the grill and access system, this would be an even better experience!

Chose this location as it was within a couple of miles of our family. Overall a very functional unit for two couples! The amenities and property grounds were fantastic! Unit was clean and comfortable, could use a fresher on some of the glassware and utensils ( minor issue). The biggest negative we experienced was the hallways and stairwells were in desperate need of a power wash and pretty icky. We had an issue with trash pickup as well, due to previous tenants leaving too much in the hall and they exceeded pickup limits. Neither was the fault of the unit owner. Overall a good value.

Location is amazing! Could not have asked for a better stay with my family.The apartment was incredibly spacious giving everyone enough space including outside options. My dog enjoyed all of the different dog park locations and the kids loved all the exploring plus the game rooms. Very clean area and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

We were there for 3 nights. I am always nervous about a new place. The directions did not tell us we were on the 4th floor in the 1000 building so it took a while to find as the complex is huge. After checking in we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Our Yorkie loved it too!

We stayed for 6 nights. We arrived 30 minutes early and asked if we could go ahead into the room. We were told the room was not ready. We sat outside the room for 30 minutes, yet no one came in or out during that time. The apartment is nice, clean, and very cute decor. The bathrooms are very big and the showers are very nice. The beds are very very hard. The laundry room is big and the kitchen was good enough for what we needed. The appliances are old, but worked just fine. We only went to 1 dog park near the front entrance. The trash was full with feces, until day 5. Many people do not clean up after their dog. The game room, library, and pool was the best part. It was clean and plenty of room. The grills were very dirty. We tried to clean them, but the cleaner was empty and the bristles on the brushes were falling off. We told the front office, but never saw them clean. If you plan to play basketball or pickle ball, bring your own equipment. One of the basketball hoops is broken as well. The gym is very nice. There was no paper towels to clean equipment or in the bathrooms, but we informed the front office. Overall, the room, pool, and game room was very nice. Just a few issues that need to be addressed.

Great place if you are in the Brandon area. It’s at an easy access, and freshly renovated. Communication with the host was easy and they were able to accommodate every need. I highly recommend this property.

It was confusing trying to locate apartment. It was on the fourth floor of the building. Enjoyed the lazy river and pool. We were a party of four and were there for six days. They left us four washcloths and four towels and I asked for more towels. I was told there was a washer and dryer there and could wash them. But they left us with no detergent or dryer sheets. We had to go purchase them to wash towels. Also, there were only two garbage bags left for us to use. The Keurig didn’t get hot for coffee. The mattresses on the beds were like sleeping on concrete. I was very disappointed in this Vrbo rental.
