This elegant Gulf retreat is bursting with modern amenities and coastal charm. The outdoor living space beautifully showcases your private pool (floaties included!) and spacious patio area. Cook up a hearty meal in your well-equipped kitchen and enjoy it outside under the shady palms. The large spa-like bathrooms, high ceilings, and open-concept lounge areas feel extra luxurious and cozy. After a long day of beach exploration, unwind on the patio to watch the sunset or stream your favorite movies from bed. Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed this rental. It was the perfect location, located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were close enough to enjoy outdoor adventures and then were able to come back and rest comfortably while our kids swam and enjoyed catching rays. We had all the fun in the sun!

Great house in Spring Hill

Property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Home was clean and updated. Beds were comfy. Near shopping and restaurants. Booking and check in/out process were very simple. I didn’t encounter any issues during my visit but we did buy 2 batteries for fan remotes that were dead. Sliding door to patio needs track cleaned and lubricated (hard to slide) and landscaping/grass and lanai cage could use some TLC. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel (initial supply included). Overall great place to stay!

Not clean and no communication

Check out was 10 and check in was 3. We received a message around 12 saying the house was ready. We arrived around 7 to dirty sheets, floors, bathrooms, and pool. Everything was reset and looked presentable, until you took a better look. The sheets had hairs on them, and I understand that they can be washed and still have them on them. However, why would you leave that on the sheets. I washed all the bed sheets, before we slept on them. The pool had dirt built up in all the corners and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We didn’t swim in the pool, because of this. This made me question what else was actually cleaned. The shower and tub had soap/ water spots on the shower doors and faucets. I cleaned both bathrooms, before using them. The floors had hairs and crumbs on them. I vacuumed all the floors. There were towels left in the dryer and dishes left in the dish washer.We were sent a message asking about the cleanliness of the place, before we arrived. Once we seen this we contacted them and expressed our concerns. They asked for a phone number to contact us, but they never did. I know some of these things may not seem like a huge deal (clean towels in the dryer and clean dishes in the dishwasher), but I’ve cleaned houses for 8 years. This is standard to make sure these things are done. The sad part is, if it had been clean and communication had been there, it would have been great. It has a ton of potential.
