This updated, top-floor condo is located in beautiful Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset views.

Inside Pelicans Penthouse, enjoy utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, enjoy ocean views and an en suite bathroom.

A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two boogie boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are included in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
