Welcome to your perfect getaway in Ossipee, NH! This stunning townhouse offers breathtaking sunrises and a spacious layout that is ideal for families and groups alike. With four levels of living space, including a cozy loft and a large second living area, there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. As a private end unit, it provides a peaceful retreat, while the downstairs extra living space is perfect for teens to unwind with a movie or a game of Foosball.

Step outside to your private patio, just steps from over 500 feet of pristine beach access. Here, you can bask in the sun, float in the lake, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water. The patio is equipped with a gas grill, making it easy to host family barbecues or simply enjoy outdoor dining with stunning views. There are two bedrooms and a loft and bunk room make up the other two sleeping areas. With mini-splits throughout the home, you’ll stay cool and comfortable during your stay.

Adventure awaits just outside your door! The property is conveniently located near Indian Mound Golf Course, Ossipee Lake Trail, and White Lake State Park. In the winter, you can access snowmobile trails and nearby ski areas for skiing and tubing. Whether you’re hiking the scenic trails of the White Mountains or enjoying a leisurely day on the lake, this location offers endless opportunities for outdoor fun.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. Wonderful views and lake access. We were up for a family wedding and location was perfect. Also only minutes from Indian Mound golf course, so we got nine holes in as well. Host was great and communicated well. Would highly recommend!

3 night getaway

I stayed at Rebekah's place for a long weekend and it was perfect - just what my family was looking for. The beach was literally feet away from the home and the home was spacious and wonderful. We had a really great few days away.

Perfect Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rebekah and Todd's condo. The home was bright, clean, quiet and comfortable. The condo and kitchen were well-stocked. We enjoyed using the paddle boat. The beach was clean and quiet. There were only two of us, but this would be the perfect home for a larger family, or two families, with enough room for everyone to have their own space! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Amazing location

Townhouse on the beautiful beach of Ossipee Lake. Quiet, serene surroundings. Wonderful getaway! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Highly recommended. Can’t wait to rebook for next year.

Ossipee Lakehouse

Property extremely well maintained, is right on the lake with beach and boat access and is also very convenient for getting to the mountains for hiking or skiing, depending on the season. Instructions for renters were extremely clear, and hosts were very communicative and courteous through the whole process. Kitchen was well stocked and clean, with everything we needed to do all of our meals at the condo with what we brought. Condo was well stocked with games and activities, and had multiple tvs with plenty of viewing options. The only two potential downsides were lack of onsite recycling, and only 2 parking spots, but those are both due to the association the condo is part of, and we worked around with minimal effort by bringing the recycling back home to recycle, and arranging car pooling so we only needed 2 cars. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would strongly recommend!

Ossipee Family Place

We had our family of five here, more relatives in another unit.We all cooked and ate at our unit.The kitchen and dining area was ample.This is a generous space with lots of beds and places to be. The deck faces a green space and the lake and is furnished for several people to hang out. The space underneath is good for cooking out. It is comfortable and clean, has natural light from two sides. It is quiet enough to hear the natural life surrounding us. We used the kayaks and had a great time. It was too cold to swim in late September, but we waded and enjoyed the view.

Girls Weekend

This is my 4th stay, love the property and location. Bathrooms were clean as well as bedrooms with fresh linens. We only had 1 trash bag for the kitchen. There were towels left in the basement to be washed upon our arrival but we did have enough for our own use. We thought the kitchen floor and stove hood could use some extra cleaning. These comments would not affect our future rentals.

Paradise

Rebekah and Todd provide an amazing property. It’s clean, comfortable and it’s an incredible location. Communication is clear for checking in and checking out. If there are any questions at, they’re answered immediately. My family and I stayed for a week and look forward to next summer here as well!

My friends from college and I took a boys trip up to Ossipee for a bachelor weekend. Very relaxing atmosphere and the property was amazing! Very welcoming and lots of summer style activities for us to do!

Great Lake House for Families and Kids

Beautiful Rental. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back. Kitchen has all the supplies you need. We loved the open layout of the main floor and view of the lake. Lots of water floats and beach chairs. Easy access to the boats. Great for kids. Can't wait to come back.

Great spot!

The condo is great with a beautiful view! We were unable to use the loft for sleeping as it was too hot, but in all fairness, we picked an unusually hot week! I am confident it's wonderful in cooler weather. The couches are so comfortable so we did just fine. Owners were nice and answered all questions promptly. The condo is a really great spot. I would highly recommend!

Better than expected

The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The location was less than 2 miles to the golf course which was the main reason for the visit. The host/hostess were always available for any questions. The only downside is parking. I had a relative close by so we were able to park the other two cars at her place. I would 100% stay there again!

Winter Ski Getaway

Probably the best place we’ve ever rented via Vrbo! Super clean, recently renovated, and comfortable. Went with another family and enjoyed tubing and skiing at King Pine (only about 20 mins away). Also close to North Conway so we went there a few times as well. The property is right on the lake and we would love to visit in the summer as well to take advantage of the great location. Owners were easy to get in touch with and expectations were clear. Our kids kept saying “We want to live here!” Everyone had an amazing time! Highly recommend!

Perfect place

Sometimes it can be tricky to find a place where our blended family can feel comfortable - we need a little space from one another but also plenty of opportunity to all be together having fun. Your beautiful condo gave us a perfect opportunity for a wonderful experience! We all went skiing at Mt. Cranmore on Saturday and then returned to the condo for pizza, football and couch time! Perfect! Your place was so well decorated and clean with plenty of space for everything. I hope we can return when we could enjoy the lake! Thank you!

what a view!!!

love the view from this property! in addition the house was very specious, comfortable and well equipped. we visited on a very cold weekend, so we hardly left the house, but still had lots of fun with the kids - playing games, watching movies and more.
