From Parkway in coming into Pigeon Forge
- Turn right at Lafollette Circle (between Firehouse Subs & Quality Inn Hotel)
- Turn left at Florence Drive
- Turn right at Colonial Drive
Complex will be at the very end of Colonial Drive on the left.
The name of the complex is Colonial Crest Condominium Complex.
