Welcome to Little Ghent Manor, a charming 4-bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 12. Freshly renovated, this home beautifully blends classic farmhouse style with modern taste. Nestled quietly on old farmland, it includes a fire pit , outdoor dining, grill & a serene pond across the street. Just a few miles from Hudson, NY, you`ll have easy access to shopping, dining, & an Amtrak station. Nearby hiking and other attractions make Little Ghent Manor the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure

First floor: the primary bedroom and bathroom are on this floor as well as a half bathroom for guests. It also includes the living room with a fireplace and TV. A dining room with seating for eight, a full kitchen, equipped with all of your dining and cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances. A sunroom with seating for relaxation and enjoyment. This floor also includes a laundry room that is open for guest use, please do not wash any construction, farming, or other heavily dirty items.

Upstairs: This floor includes three bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and en suite, full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom that is a bunk room with two bunked, queen beds, and a pullout queen sofa. The second two bedrooms, share one full bathroom. there’s also a small desk that can be used for work.

Outside: outside you’ll have access to a stone patio accented with an outdoor dining set and pergola, complemented with a propane grill. In the backyard, you’ll have a custom stone fire pit surrounded by string lights and six Adirondack chairs. There’s also parking for up to six cars and a small pond across the street.

Check in and check out will be contact list via electronic key and code entry. Guess will interact with the host via Airbnb and cell phone communication provided after booking. in the event, any unforeseen maintenance is needed during the stay the host or their staff may quickly come on site to remedy any problems or provide any assistance.

If something is damaged, please let us know right away. We value honesty and will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether the damage is minor or significant.

-Wildlife:
Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them.

-Power & Internet Outages:
Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them.

-Weather:
Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel.

-Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits:
The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests. Any extra guests or events must be approved in writing before arrival. Unapproved gatherings or over-occupancy will result in immediate removal without a refund.

-Pools, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Amenities:
These features may be seasonal. If your booking is at the beginning or end of the season and you’re concerned, check with us to confirm availability.

-Mail & Packages:
You may have mail or packages delivered during your stay, but please ensure they arrive while you are present and are clearly addressed with your name.
