Wonderful home that met our needs perfectly! I travelled to Jacksonville with my daughter, two grandsons, ages 10 and 6, and our dog. The house was very kid friendly, and the fenced in yard was perfect for the kids and our pup. It was tastefully decorated and yet comfortable for kids.My grandsons loved the pool and the game room. The pool was heated and had good lighting to swim at night. They had a great time playing ping pong, basketball and foosball.My daughter and I loved the easy flow of the home with a nice kitchen, comfortable place to gather in the living room, nice laundry area, and friendly neighborhood. We loved the proximity to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. We felt safe and found Jacksonville to be a great location that was not overly touristy and filled with kind people. We felt especially blessed to witness a SpaceX rocket launch from the beach during our trip! It was an incredible event that will stay with us forever.

The best house we have rented in Jax beach. We stay there often. This house was exactly as shown in pictures and described. Outdoor space was excellent. Nice neighborhood. The kitchen needs more basic cooking items. It was only 2 of us and we only cooked in one night. Justin was the perfect host and took care of questions right away. We will definitely book again.
