-Florida is host to an abundance of wildlife, including many varieties of snakes, lizards, and insects. We strive to keep our home immaculate and employ professional pest control services. We would greatly appreciate your assistance by keeping entrance doors closed as much as possible, putting food away, and quickly disposing of all food garbage in outdoor receptacles. This will help prevent ants, roaches, lizards etc., from getting in the home. In an effort to keep our home up to our stringent cleanliness standards, we respectfully request that guests do not eat or drink on any of the beds (water is ok). Pet Policy
This property is pet friendly with the following restrictions and stipulations:
1. All pets must be approved by host prior to entering home.
2. Small dogs (under 15 pounds) only. Please reach out for a list of allowed breeds and rules. Owner is very allergic to cats and the property is not suitable for large dogs.
3. Maximum of two pets per reservation.
4. $50 pet fee, per pet, per reservation must be paid to cover additional cleaning costs.
5. Pet owner/guest agrees to pay for any and all property damage incurred by pet during stay.
