新しく改装されたコンドミニアムは建物の正面にあり、追加の窓とビーチへのアクセスが簡単です。 正門のすぐ内側で、右に曲がると右の最初の道です。 これは、正面から建物のよりプライベートな面を囲む特別に大きなバルコニー付きのコーナーユニットです。

4階に上がると、海を見渡せるプールとホットタブを楽しめます。 また、向かい側のSeacrestにある2つのプールを使用することもできます。
コンドミニアムの中では、家具は2013年7月にすべて新しいです。 専門的で上品なデザインの仕事には、キングサイズベッドルームとセカンドベッドルームにエクストラロングツインベッド2台が含まれます。 リビングエリアにはソファもあります。 各寝室には独自のバスがあります。 キッチンは家具付きです。 ダイニングテーブル6席 屋外ポーチにはテーブルと椅子があります。

Perfect Vacation at the Beach

We love Hilton Head and this location was perfect for us close to Coligny Plaza, and close to the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic and close to beach and food!

What a great place! A nice end unit, with amazing location. A quick walk to the beach, and even quicker to shops and restaurants! It’s right on the edge of Coligny plaza. We didn’t drive our car at all while there as we rented bikes. Pool on the roof! We had an amazing time!

The condo was extremely clean and the location is great. You are located right beside Coligny Plaza which makes it super convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach is short and easy. Thank you for an amazing week.

Fantastic location

First time at Hilton Head. Love it. This condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and clean. A block from the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza. There are enough resteraunts and shops at Coligny that we didn;t have to use the car at all except for a Kayaking excursion and a day trip to Savannah.

Perfect week once again

We have stayed at North Shore Place before but this was the first time in 106. The owners were extremely friendly and attentive to everything we inquired about, the unit was clean and well taken care of. Perfect distance to the beach and shopping! We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the large balcony, great views. Cant wait to go back!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

The property was even nicer than expected. It has high ceilings and a modern kitchen with a counter that could easily feed 4. The arrival was easy and the condo had everything needed for the first night. It also had all the pots, plates, cups, etc. for the stay. The location is great. I was a bit concerned about being on the first floor and noise from the street. However, it was very quiet! It is a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The balcony was huge with great furniture. It also picked up a great breeze in the afternoon.

Great place in a great location.

I really liked the communication between myself and Jaime before and during our stay. This place was in a perfect location... beach, restaurants, and shopping all within a block. We will definitely be back!

We will be back!

We have stayed at several properties on HHI, and this was by far our favorite. The host was a great communicator, we were walking distance to the beach and all of the Coligny attractions/restaurants (Frosty Frog!), and the unit was immaculately clean and accommodating. We will be back again!

Very nice and comfortable. Owner was available for questions. This is close to everything so park the car for the week and enjoy HHI at the condo!

Unexpectedly Perfect

Our stay her was absolutely the best. My 7 and 9 year old loved that we could walk to everything in just minutes(Food. groceries. souvenirs, ice-cream etc.) The Condo itself was clean and comfortable and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The only drawback was some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, but not a big deal. Everything with the Cond went smoothly and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. The kids did not wan to leave and niether did I. ~Shaun

Clean and Close to Beach

The property was very clean and spacious for my family of 5. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the condo is across the street from Coligny Plaza, so we had options at our fingertips. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues. The only downside was that the condo was setup with "starter" supplies (TP, Soap, Cleaners, Etc), which I do not recall seeing in the description; otherwise, I would have brought products from home. I had to buy TP, dish soap, papertowels, kleenex while staying there. This was the first time I have been faced with purchasing my own supplies while staying in a VRBO condo. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was perfect so I would still rate this as a 5 star property.

Nice week in Hilton Head

We had a very nice stay. The location was great. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Our only complaint would be the floors. The soles of our feet turned black within minutes of getting out of the shower. We’ve been to HHI over 20 time and this is fairly common in villas. However, it hasn’t happened every time. Otherwise, a great unit.

Close walk to everything you need!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our hosts were attentive to an issue that arose with the bedroom locks not having a key. They took care of it right away. They were very communicative leading up to our stay. They let us borrow their infant things so we didn’t have to pack a high chair etc. We did have a smoke alarm chirping in the middle of the night that we all lost sleep over, but my husband was able to fix it himself in the morning so it was only one night. I also wish there was better lightening in the underground parking garage- I didn’t feel comfortable being down there without my husband as all the lights were off- maybe broken? But that isn’t in their control! It was a close walk to everything! Would stay here again! Loved it!
