Redone condo is on the front of the building, with extra windows and easy access to the beach. Just inside the front gate, make a right and it is the first one on the right. This is a corner unit with an extra large balcony that wraps from the front and around the more private side of the building.

Go up to the fourth floor to enjoy the pool and hot tub that looks out over the ocean. You can also use the 2 pools that are oceanside at Seacrest just across the street.
Inside the condo, there are designer upscale furnishings . Professionally and tastefully done design work includes a king bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. A sofa also pulls out in the living area. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is fully furnished. The dining table seats 6. The outside porch has a table and chairs.

You will enjoy being right beside Coligny (on the quiet side of the building), where you can stroll over for ice cream, eat at a choice of restaurants, walk to the pharmacy, buy your fresh seafood and groceries at the Piggly Wiggly, and of course, walk across the street to the beach.

Perfect Vacation at the Beach

Very nice and comfortable. Owner was available for questions. This is close to everything so park the car for the week and enjoy HHI at the condo!

Fantastic condo and excellent family location

Clean condo with excellent up keep and appliances. We stayed in this complex 3 years in a row as we love the access to the beach and shopping, and not a crowded resort.

Fantastic and close to beach and food!

What a great place! A nice end unit, with amazing location. A quick walk to the beach, and even quicker to shops and restaurants! Itā€™s right on the edge of Coligny plaza. We didnā€™t drive our car at all while there as we rented bikes. Pool on the roof! We had an amazing time!

Perfect week once again

We have stayed at North Shore Place before but this was the first time in 106. The owners were extremely friendly and attentive to everything we inquired about, the unit was clean and well taken care of. Perfect distance to the beach and shopping! We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the large balcony, great views. Cant wait to go back!

Fantastic location

First time at Hilton Head. Love it. This condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and clean. A block from the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza. There are enough resteraunts and shops at Coligny that we didn;t have to use the car at all except for a Kayaking excursion and a day trip to Savannah.

Review

This was a 4 week work-acation. Remote work was easily accomplished with excellent uninterrupted internet connectivity. The unit was fully equipped, clean, spacious in an outstanding location for beach, Coligny Plaza, eateries - all an easy walk.

Nice week in Hilton Head

We had a very nice stay. The location was great. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Our only complaint would be the floors. The soles of our feet turned black within minutes of getting out of the shower. Weā€™ve been to HHI over 20 time and this is fairly common in villas. However, it hasnā€™t happened every time. Otherwise, a great unit.

Perfect Choice

My husband and I brought our four kids down for the week and this condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean, well stocked, GREAT location, and roomy enough for our family of 6. We've stayed at this location once before and loved it, but on a different floor. We liked being on the first floor as it was convenient to the garage. The extra big wrap around porch was a great bonus too! In this building, even though you are on the first floor, you are still setting up a floor above ground level due to the garage underneath. The beach is a quick walk across the street. The pool on the fourth floor w/ hot tub were a favorite hang out. The shops at Coligany are literally just steps away from the property...also lots of great options for eating! We liked Steamers (in Coligany), The Smokehouse, and Captain Woodys. This property really is a the perfect choice for vacation. Thanks much!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

The property was even nicer than expected. It has high ceilings and a modern kitchen with a counter that could easily feed 4. The arrival was easy and the condo had everything needed for the first night. It also had all the pots, plates, cups, etc. for the stay. The location is great. I was a bit concerned about being on the first floor and noise from the street. However, it was very quiet! It is a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The balcony was huge with great furniture. It also picked up a great breeze in the afternoon.

We have stayed at several properties on HHI, and this was by far our favorite. The host was a great communicator, we were walking distance to the beach and all of the Coligny attractions/restaurants (Frosty Frog!), and the unit was immaculately clean and accommodating. We will be back again!

Unexpectedly Perfect

Our stay her was absolutely the best. My 7 and 9 year old loved that we could walk to everything in just minutes(Food. groceries. souvenirs, ice-cream etc.) The Condo itself was clean and comfortable and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The only drawback was some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, but not a big deal. Everything with the Cond went smoothly and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. The kids did not wan to leave and niether did I. ~Shaun
