Just 1 street off the beach road in Kitty Hawk, this coastal escape puts you steps from the sand & right in the middle of it all: Walk to beach access, local restaurants, & shopping! It’s the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat with the full OBX experience right outside your door! Beach days, evening fun, and total relaxation, this Kitty Hawk gem has it all. Book now and start your OBX getaway!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole cottage using keyless entry; with the exception of the locked owners closets - one inside the house and one outside the house.

Conveniently located one street back from the beach road!

Note: Downstairs entrance (pool/game room, bedroom, bathroom) is not accessible within the house. It is accessible at a seperate entrance on the ground floor. Great for large parties who want a seperate space from the upstairs 3 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub are accessed via a lockable entry gate to the fenced pool area. This area has lounge chairs, a Weber gas grill barbeque & picnic table available for use. The pool is open seasonally from mid May through October for use (Note: Heater may be required for comfort on Chillier Months)

** Note: Pool heater upper temperature limit subject to outdoor ambient temperature - $50.00 per full day turn on fee requested.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has everything you need to cook meals and enjoy a beach vacation together. Will definitely book again!!!!

What makes this property unique

Take a dip in the heated pool or hot tub, bring on some friendly competition in the game room, cook & gather in the fully equipped kitchen, & unwind on the ocean-view porch as salty breezes & sunset colors set the mood!

Breakfast, lunch & dinner can be prepared in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete or head out to the pool deck & fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu. Kick back and stream your favorite shows and movies in the top-floor living area, or shoot some pool in the lower-level rec. room. And right outside, you'll find a sundeck with plenty of seating, a pool, a hot tub, and even an outdoor Bluetooth speaker system to play your favorite music. This cottage also includes four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have King beds, the fourth being a kid-friendly trundle-bed room.

The upstairs unit is separate from the downstairs unit (equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, pool table, master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, & access to the pool) & is not accessible by interior stairs. It is accessible by a private entrance on the ground floor & is great for some private sleeping arrangements within the group.
