Oceanside House with pool and hot tub just a short walk to the beach!

We are a Friday - Friday check-in/out rental during the peak season.

As soon as you cross the bridge you’ll know vacation has begun! 30 Circle OBX is the perfect home away from home to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family and friends! You’ll have plenty of space for all of your crew- with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and two half baths, the home sleeps 14. The upper main level living area is an open concept with great flow between the kitchen, dining, and family rooms. The large deck offers additional entertaining space and there is access to the deck from the upper level master suite. The lower level features a second private primary suite with access to the screened-in porch. The three additional bedrooms offer plenty of space with a bunk room, a queen with twin bunk beds, and a queen. There is also a laundry room for your convenience. The house comes with a pack n play, high chair, exersaucer for those traveling with little ones.



Bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon are all provided for your stay. The home is located on the ocean side and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach but you’ll have plenty to do when you aren’t at the beach! Pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, and charcoal grill will keep you entertained for your entire stay!

Best family beach house

Our family had such a wonderful time at this beach house! The house was so close to the beach, the kids all loved the pool and swingset and watching tv down at the bar area while eating lunch at the pool. This house had everything we could want or need and we loved our stay so much. We will for sure be back!

This location was great! The house was exactly as pictured. The host, was great at communicating some minor flaws, that to be honest; weren’t the owners fault. We enjoyed our quiet time and can’t wait to be back!

We had the most amazing week ever! Owners were responsive and helpful when needed! House was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Close to Duck (2.5 mile walk). 2 minute walk to beach. Just perfection!!!

This vacation home had everything! Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed all the comforts this place had to offer, and more. The neighborhood is filled with shady strolls and beach accesses. Living room & kitchen - perfectly laid out for adults and children to play and relax. Outdoor recreation area also set up for loads of fun. Ice maker at the bar was a great touch. Would have given this five stars for cleanliness, but last guests did not tidy behind themselves as they should have. We would love to come back again next season!

Spacious, fun, good location.

My family had an amazing stay at this house. We had a house full of people and never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub was perfect. A huge driveway with plenty of parking. But what I appreciate the most are all the amenities. They really have it set up for any occasion. Bikes, coolers, wagons, grills, toys, games. And the ice machine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! Any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was well decorated and furnished. Pool and hot tub were clean. The stocked pond/river in the back was so fun for the kids to fish in! Great outdoor area with bar, tv, pool, hot tub, fire pit, playground, tree swing, quiet pond side seating, hammock. Short walk to the beach access. Literally everything we could have needed for our trip was there and available for use! Would definately recommend!

The house is very nice and accurate photos are on VRBO site. Comfortable beds. Could use a good deep cleaning, but overall nice. The outside was not accurately displayed in pictures. There was no grass, taller weeds were in abundance, chairs at firepit were green and in need of a pressure wash. The pool was beautiful, except lights didn't work, although host responded in an effort to get them working. Hot tub was great on the cooler day. The outside bar area was very nice with TV and fridge. Easy walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Overall very nice place, just wish the outside would have been as nice as depicted in photos.

Perfect Spot for some R&R

We loved the location of this home! It was in a quieter residential area, a short walk to 2 beach accesses that were not crowded. The home was also a short drive to nearby stores, restaurants, and attractions (Wright Brothers' Memorial, aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, lighthouses, the OG Duck Donuts, etc), so it was a perfect location at a reasonable price compared to similar-sized homes further south in the OBX. We had a large family (6 middle aged adults, 1 senior citizen, and 6 children (ages 8-15). Keep in mind, there are 2 flights of stairs from the driveway to the main living space. We spent a huge chunk of time using the bikes, swimming pool, and outdoor tiki/bar area. It's also the perfect spot for walking/jogging. This house had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, quiet screened porch with fans. Mandy was a gracious host and quick to respond to my texts and any questions I had! We couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach. Thank you!

Tons of cuteness!

Very stocked home! The little play area was so ideal for the little ones to stay entertained. Loved the details of the pool area and the well stocked beach supplies. The home seemed very clean from a smell and organized perspective but the floors were stained in a lot of areas (maybe because they allow pets which we brought), dust was on several tables and desks when we arrived along with some trash left in the outside shower. Overall loved it and would stay again.

A beach house with it all!

Loved this place ! We (7 adults ,4 kids)were amazed with how well it is equipped . It was well thought out with amenities. Great kitchen supplies. Wonderful lighted pool in the pm. Fun poolside bar. Lots of pool toys and many, many beach chairs. Wonderful communication with the owner. Very comfortable living area, and comfortable beds. We would love to return.

Easter Retreat

Overall we had a wonderful time! The pool was a key factor for the vacation! Upon our arrival the pool company was filling the pool. Thank goodness one of my son in laws owns a pool. He was able to communicate with the owner the issues that were eventually resolved. Also when you advertise bikes it would be nice if they were usable. Chains off tires flat. Outdoor shower did not work and I dusted myself.

Great winter stay

We rented this house for 3 nights the week after Christmas. Our kids are 6 and 8 and we brought our dog. It was amazing! Great property, 5 min walk max to the beach, several beach accesses nearby, great bar and hot tub at the house on the pool deck. Couldn’t imagine anything this place didn’t have for us. Great bedrooms, amazing porches … not sure what else to say. Super nice hosts as well. If we hit this part of the OBX again we’d love to come back

Family Holiday Trip

7 of us spent the week before Christmas at 30 Circle. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Our 2 dogs tagged along and loved the back yard. The first night there, we had a cookout in the back yard with friends and all 11 of us were able to spread out and enjoy each other with the large picnic table, fire pit and bar (complete with fridge). We thoroughly enjoyed our day and the location was perfect to everything. Most importantly, the house WAS as advertised.

Wonderful Week

Our family gets together one week a year for a relaxing beach vacation in OBX. Mandy’s home has been the best we have booked.. It offers everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of beach gear. Pool area with outside bar ( with TV) and hot tub were a big hit for our afternoons after the beach. The fenced yard with ample space to allow the dog to roam and an extra large dining table were also key features that made our stay very comfortable. We would plan to book again.

Great Family Reunion!

We had a wonderful stay at 30 Circle! Mandy is a very responsive host. The house has so many great amenities. There were plenty beach chairs available to use. We spent tons of time around the pool & bar area. We took advantage of the bikes riding to the beach & to see the turtles. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. The parking passes were extremely helpful with young kids & my elderly mom.

A perfect gateway

It was a wonderful stay in this property. Very self sufficient and close to the beach. The property had all facilities as was earlier listed. OBX fun!!!

What a great, convenient house! Super close to the beach access! Swimming pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Great lounge area by the pool, all the amenities make it feel like home. Fantastic house!!!

This 2300 square foot has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have queens, It has a covered, screened in porch on the second level with access from the downstairs master and the queen bedroom as well as the hall. There is a front porch with seating. The top floor has a back deck with access from the dining area, the hall and the upstairs master bedroom. Flat screen smart tvs in every bedroom, with cable, amazon video, and netflix. Blue ray, DVD, VCR and Sirius Radio provide entertainment in the Great Room.
