We had a bit of an unfortunate time at this spot. First off the address listed on the listing is not the actual address of the home. They send you a second after you book. The pictures in the listing are definitely AI generated as the bedroom they show through the glass door does not exist and is actually boarded up with wood. They were doing construction while we were staying, often as early as 8am, and never let us know that any construction would be happening. Because of the construction a water pipe was hit and the water tuned off, leaving sludgy brown water coming out. Both AC units in the house broke while we were staying there as well. Overall, it seems like maybe they are still working on the property and are just not quite ready to be renting it out. The property manager was very kind and immediately responsive to all of my texts, and even came to the house twice to work to try and solve the water and AC issues, however the property itself is not ideal. I would give good ratings for the service of the management but poor ratings for the actual property and experience.

Nice little place that did the trick for our family vacation. We had a couple of small issues that Hoang took care of right away. The location worked out very nicely for our trip to Disney and other southern California activities.
