Our family loved this house! It was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at in our 20 years of family vacations. It is located in a great neighborhood that is conveniently located to all the things we wanted to experience. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious and the Theater Room was a big hit.The Host was very pleasant to deal with and provided great recommendations for things to do, where to eat, etc.

This property was perfect for our family reunion! It fit all 18 of us very comfortably. There’s plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained. Meal time was great because the home is stocked with everything you need for cooking and plenty of seating for all. The host was pleasant and responsive. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get!

Awesome family fun in the mountains

Summit Haven truly exceeded all of our expectations! Our family absolutely loved every part of this beautiful cabin. The indoor heated pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The game room and theater kept us entertained for hours and made our stay feel extra special. The cabin itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic, close to all the Smoky Mountain attractions while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. On top of all that, the owner is wonderful, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Location is great! Seems like it’s far away from everything, but only 15 min into pigeon Forge. Gas and Dollar General Market also about 10 min away. Pool, hot tub and game room were a hit for all ages (4-68), along with the movie room. Kids loved the bunk room and the amenities were on point! Host was responsive when called or texted.
