Welcome to your desert escape in Tucson! This beautifully designed, contemporary home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, high ceilings, and a spacious layout. The backyard has a Webber grill, 2 high quality double chase loungers, UV-resistance umbrella, a separate area with a fire pit and chairs with complimentary firewood - perfect for relaxing. This dog-friendly house is converted from a full-time residence and includes a garage and all the amenities needed to feel at home. The neighborhood community has 2 heated pools, hot tubs, lighted pickleball and tennis courts, and is great for morning or evening walks. It is close to local highlights such as Crooked Tree Golf Course, Tohono Chul Park, and the Catalina Mountains.
