The Space:

Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.



All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.





We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. NO pets allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful setting while keeping you close to the vibrant North Charleston scene. Within minutes, you can enjoy distilleries, breweries, and a wide selection of local dining options.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with parking available at the property, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are widely accessible in the area. The airport and downtown Charleston are just a short drive away, making this home a convenient base for your trip.



Other Things to Note:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock, you can do self check-in, so we rarely meet guests in person. I’m available via phone or text, and if you don’t get a response, you can always contact my team.



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.



Mail and Mailbox: Guests cannot use the property mailbox or have mail sent there.
