Perfect house for a couples getaway or a small family. Really convenient to just park your boat right outside the back in the canal. Air-conditioning was very good, and the property was very clean. Mel, the host, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

This property was perfect for our stay. My nine year old son caught and released over 50 fish right off the back. The water was beautiful and the things for families to do at Venture Out are great!

Little smaller than depicted in the photos. The sofa does not fold out into a sleeper bed, but it’s the size of maybe one twin. The other fold out bed is just a bamboo trifle mattress not really what you think it would be. The golf cart is old and looks rough but is operational. The owner was excellent and very nice to work with and the property is pretty and very clean!

My ad does not say there’s a fold out couch, it states that there is a folding memory foam mattress.

House was very clean and had most items needed. The community was great, the kids loved the pool and being right on the water and we used the golf cart to get around which was nice. Although this house is situated close to all the amenities you can walk to, the golf cart was a fun touch for the family.

Beautiful property! As someone who values cleanliness on a vacation there is no better place to be. The house is well stocked with things that you may need in a keys vacation. The kids enjoyed fishing day and night off the dock, swimming in the pool and the lagoon. There is a good breakfast place up the street and the convenience store within the neighborhood has all those other things you may have forgotten.

It was great. Mel (the host) was on top of everything. Super helpful and fast response The place has amazing location. I value properties used by owners and managed by local (not big management companies)felt like going into a friend's placeit has board games, spices to cook, cooler, grill, soap, etc. I'd 100% book again

Lovely view of the water. Looked like the pictures! Clean, very nice towels and bed linens, comfortable beds. New appliances, cooking utensils and dish’s. Located in a large community with pool, tennis/pickle ball, bocce courts and activities. Loved it!!

This property had an electric golf cart available for use that was parked in the carport! The home was clean and had plenty of plush bathroom towels. The kitchen had TWO types of coffee makers: a Keurig and a carafe drip coffeemaker! The kitchen had a full complement of pots, pans, cooking appliances and spices. There was efficient and effective temperature control. The Venture Out community was quiet and safe. There was a lovely, spacious heated pool that was big enough to swim laps in, and a hot tub. There was a sandy beach area. Our host was helpful and immediately answered our many questions about the anticipated upcoming weather on the coast, We would highly recommend this property for a nice vacation rental.

The property is on a beautiful view of water, and the communication by the host was excellent. Distance from Key West was good and allowed you to be a little outside of the fray. Three pieces of constructive feedback. We stay a lot in Vrbo‘s and the general expectation is that there is sufficient things like toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent and coffee pods for a Keurig machine that is there. These were not included, other than a starter roll of TP and paper towel. While it apparently says that in the listing, we didn’t catch it because we have grown accustomed to just having it stocked. Given the price, that would be a simple audition and would make a big difference. Labeling the three remotes in the living room, would’ve been helpful. We never could figure out the TV. And last, the golf cart is a big bonus, especially when you have aging people with you. However, the golf cart is in bad shape, it’s old and the brake needs to be fixed. Other than that, it was worth the stay.

First of all we leave Supplies to get started, we leave a double roll of toilet paper. We leave a roll of paper, towel towels, and we leave a bar of soap in each bathroom.. We also include shampoo, cream, rinse body, gels, and hand soap. We supply dishwashing liquid cleaning supplies, and dish pods for the dishwasher. People should obviously buy their own coffee that is ridiculous. As far as the golf cart, that golf cart is not old and dilapidated. It is beautiful and we’ve spent a lot of money buying it. People should appreciate the fact that we include that instead of them having to rent one at thousands of dollars a week. Also, when these people left, they left stuff there and I was kind enough to call them and asked if they wanted it shipped or what they wanted us to do. Also, they arrived early and asked for an early check-in, which I granted you just can’t make some people happy
