I like to experience new places by living and working in a place and becoming a part of the community. Projects often take me to a new location for 1-6 months so I like providing that same opportunity for guests
Why they chose this property
You are a short walk to the Capitol and Downtown but also have incredible music venues and restaurants in the area.
I also enjoy being close to Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens

Clean and comfortable, nothing complicated. Ideal for business travel, healthcare professionals, those relocating to/from Denver and those looking to explore the city for a few months

It also has a private, fenced in, outdoor space which is uncommon in the area.
