Two-minute walk to the Purgatory Bike Park lifts, the Colorado Trail trailhead, and village dining. Two-bedroom, two-bath condo with king plus queen plus sofa bed (sleeps 6), full kitchen with San Juan views, and dedicated parking at the East Rim Complex. In winter, the same walk gets you to the Purgatory Resort lifts and the base lodge. Streaming TVs and full Wi-Fi for off-trail evenings.

Please note: Guests are required to complete our rental agreement and provide a valid credit card to be kept securely on file for damages or additional charges before check-in.
