Wonderful property! Very new and in great shape. Had very good instructions and we did not lack anything we needed. Located very close to town and highway which was super nice. Also at end of the road so you have no neighbors behind you / beside you which is great for larger groups.

Great ski Trip house

We had a group of families staying at the house for a ski trip. The house was excellent for our group of parents in their 50’s and college age / high schoolers. The young adults really enjoyed the basement pool table and game set up. The kitchen and great room upstairs were very spacious. Location was excellent for access to all mountains in the summit area.

Very nice property

No complaints at all. House was clean. Showers were hot. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Wish we had stayed the extra day we were debating! If I have the right group for this large of a house, I’ll book this place again! Thank you!

Overall, well done. Mgt Company very helpful in retrieving 2 of 3 items we left in the kitchen of the property. I am awaiting a call back from Mgt Company to help retrieve the 3rd item left at property.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our weekend stay at this beautiful house. Short drive to keystone, very clean and accurate pictures. We had to park a few of our groups cars at the clubhouse due to 4 car limit, so be prepared for this if you have multiple cars. The neighbors who aren't super friendly reminded us to move a car at one point due to the snow removal turn around. The rental management company was very friendly and made it a very memorable weekend! Highly recommend this property to anyone!

FAMILY!

What a perfect place to celebrate FAMILY! My husband and I were there with our kids and their spouses (20's and 30's), and 3 grandchildren (ages 4 months to 4 years). There was something for everyone! Plenty of space to hang out - together or in private. Activities like foosball and pool table. Gorgeous outdoors. And a hot tub for late night conversations about life's challenges, sorrows and joys. Your property was a huge blessing in our family's life! Thank you for all the special touches and attention to detail! We would come back in a heart beat!

Delightful mountain retreat

This home is a perfect place to enjoy a family getaway! It has everything you could ask for. We had a lot of snow and the three fireplaces made it so cozy to relax. The hot tub was a nice place to warm up after a day of playing in the snow. It was a pleasant surprise to see the Christmas decorations when we arrived! It has plenty of baby equipment which came in handy for our newest family member. We enjoyed some lovely family meals around the huge wooden table. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to everyone. Thank you for providing us a lovely place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary and early family Christmas!

Nice place to stay

This was a very nice property to stay at. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything was labeled so it was easy to find things. We did have an issue with the refrigerator breaking down and not working, but they were excellent in getting us a new refrigerator and moving all of our stuff over until a new refrigerator could be delivered. They were very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place for those who have a lot of people staying with them. The pool table and video screen in the basement were well used by the teenagers. We enjoyed seeing deer and fox while sitting out on the deck and using the hot tub. I would recommend and come back to this listing again in the future.

We rented this location to be in Silverthorne for a family wedding celebration. The house and location were spot on! Large yet Cozy Home/Convenient Location

We stayed at this home for a girls/bachelorette trip. It was the perfect decision to getaway and enjoy this mountainous area. The home is located in Silverthorne which was convenient to nearby grocery and shops. We did not find many restaurants in the area so we did travel over to both Breckenridge and Vail for food which allowed us to see and enjoy those areas as well. The home itself was so spacious and inviting. We had 7 adults and all slept comfortably with room to spare. All the essential needs were provided like cookware and towels. We also took advantage of the added amenities like the hot tub and the movie theater area. Everything was bigger and better in person! Our only hiccup was on the first day we came back with groceries and a glass jar of cheese dip (for Taco night!) fell out of our trunk and spilled onto the driveway. Even though we attempted to clean the spill, the nearest neighbor assumed we were drunk and had thrown up in the driveway and called management on us. They called a few more times to the point we had to go out and scrub the driveway with a broom & soap until they were satisfied. This was disheartening since it was an honest mishap, heck the neighbor could've even offered to help us, but instead you could tell they were presumptuous and probably trying their best to make us out to be disorderly/nuisances. For future guests, just be mindful that this home is located in a private community and the home itself is sutuated very close to the other nearby homes, so the neighbors will probably be keeping a close eye on you as you enter I and out. We found the balcony area with the hot tub as a nice escape from the nosey neighbors.
