Location worked well in relation to Pearl District and Riverwalk. Description of property stating which house is the VRBO would have been helpful (or picture of outside). Floors were dirty, didn’t feel like we could walk barefoot. No outlet in downstairs bathroom.

We went for our daughter’s graduation from BMT Host communicated right away and even helped me to find some specific local things my daughter was missing. Parking is a private driveway with covered spot. Rental is Easily accessed right by your vehicle behind the main house. Think modern fairy tail guest house, with a fancy winding stair case leading to the bedrooms and master bath upstairs. Main level kitchen was fully equipped with a second full bathrooms attached to cozy living room. Was great for cooking and relaxing and being able to spend quality time. Nicely decorated and clean space. Handy Outdoor stairs to take large luggage items up without using the spiral.

The inside space of the apartment itself was fine. There is plenty of space. The concerns were that it is tucked into a pretty sketch neighborhood so we were a little concerned about our safety. Everything was clean inside except all supplies were empty...no soap, conditioner, shampoo, and toilet paper. Outside it the carport the street trashcan was overflowing when we got there from the previous guests. I contacted the property owner who said that they would take care of it but the did not before we left. It was kind of confusing who was actually managing the property because we were in contact with two individuals.
