Bradenton / Anna Maria Island Beach Retreat! From the moment you arrive you feel vacation set in! This property is LOADED with amenities to take your stay at the beach to the next level. Stunning decor and furnishings are just the start! 6 beach chairs, 2 beach wagons, 4 guest towels, 2 Paddleboards, 4 bikes, Cold Plunge, Ping Pong Table, Ice Maker, Rolling Cooler, and Beach Umbrellas - this property has everything you need to get the MOST out of your vacation. Golf cart rental is close by for those wanting to tour around the island while visiting. Otherwise, just a 12 minute walk from front door to the sandy white beach! Fishing charter located close to this location also. Inside, guests find two king beds and a double bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The three bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. With heating and AC, the temperature stays just right no matter the season. This quaint home offers a soothing atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy fantastic comfort. There are 2 furnished screened decks, and a lower patio to relax on after your day at the beach. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash. Has to be in bags to be picked up.
Please place all wet linens/towels on top of washing machine located in top floor washroom closet. Unplug ice maker in garage.
Put paddleboards,beach gear/toys&bikes back in their place. Leaving these outside or other places may result in them being counted as missing. Items meant for all our guests to use are inventoried.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect stay and beautiful home. Only minor suggestions for future guests would be 1.) adding a dresser and/or 2.) having kid friendly plates (everything is glass and potentially breakable). But overall, excellent property and easy/great communication with the property owner/host.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.The pool is currently in the process of being built, which will be a great addition once it’s finished. The owner was very sweet and responded quickly to any questions. We did wish we could have taken a picture with the beautiful mural, but unfortunately it was blocked during our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We booked this house for a beach spring break for our small family with two teens, and it was PERFECT. The house is very beautiful and so comfortable. Each kid had their own room and were able to share a bathroom (minimal bickering). Every morning I enjoyed coffee on one of the two screened in porches overlooking the Cortez bridge and bay. This house had everything we needed to enjoy the nearby beaches. We used the beach chairs, towels and umbrella nearly every day. We took a bike ride to the local coffee shop for breakfast a few mornings too. I do recommend renting a car if you’re flying in. We were able to enjoy many different beaches up and down the keys from Anna Maria island to Coquina and even explored down to Sarasota. We enjoyed so many great sunsets and always enjoyed coming home to the house to rest up and cool off. If I had to pick one complaint, it is hard to do, but I will mention the community is under construction so it can be a little noisy during the day. But no worries - just go to the beach! The house itself was super clean, well appointed and had every thing we could have needed. The host was so attentive and full of great suggestions for exploring the area. We would 100% do this vacation again and stay at this home. Thank you so very much to the host for a idyllic family vacation we will enjoy in wonderful memories for years to come!

We bought this home because it is on elevated property and the neighborhood sustained ZERO damage in the last hurricane. The location just across the Cortez Bridge makes access a breeze to get to our favorite local spots.

New construction, surrounded by 3 sides on a canal, where you can see manatees, fish, native birds, and other scenery.
