  • Best of Everything

"We have visited the Gulf Coast several times and we finally found the right combination of the best beach, a great location and a great condo. The unit was just as advertised with a well-supplied kitchen, beach equipment and a computer with Internet access. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony which overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. There is quite a bit of traffic particularly on the weekends and at times dolphins appear. Siesta Key advertises that it is the #1 beach and it is warranted. We went swimming each morning and the Gulf was always calm, the beach very gradual and the sand perfect. Though we had a car, it is not necessary. There is a grocery store, drug store and other shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed eating at Miguels, a French restaurant owned by a Spaniard with culinary training in France. The food was excellent and it is an amazing value compared to French restaurants in city-centers. My wife in particular fell in love with the beach and the décor of this unit. We would definitely enjoy a return trip."

  • Very beautiful property with beach access

"This unit had everything needed to make one feel at home. For the first few days, my son and his family were with me, and there was adequate room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and everything was in great working order. The owner had even left some condiments. The deck overlooked the water, and it was possible to watch the sunset from the unit, although most evenings I went to the beach. The patio by the water was nicely maintained, but it could use some more lawn chairs. There was definitely "hogging". The pool was kept at a great temperature. Even on cold days, it could be used. I thought it was a beautiful unit and condominium and enjoyed the beach access daily. Would definitely consider renting again."

  • Sanibel group vacation

"We enjoyed staying at #4. The layout of the condo was perfect for 3 couples to stay in, plenty of space, separate bathrooms, easy access to the beach and pool. However, the unit needs to have some maintenance: the intructions advised against turning down the air conditioning, or the ac would "freeze up" and not work. So we found the unit to be too warm. Luckily we found 2 floor fans to move air. So that made for warm sleeping. The flooring had been recently upgraded and we appreciated not having carpet with so many bugs in the area. The kitchen counter showed plenty of wear, recessed lighting was hanging freely, tiny washer/ dryer unit. The description stated that there were "chairs and bikes", both in poor condition. Broken chairs were replaced quickly when we called. Coffee pot quit and shower was difficult to turn on. A regular maintenance check would be helpful. d"

  • Great place to stay!!!

"We rented from Nancy the first week in July for a baseball tourney. Yes, it was very hot out but the Condo was cool and beautiful! Very spacious with great personal touches in each room. The front load washer and dryer was awesome especially after a day at the ballfield; the pool was right below our screened in deck with a BBQ that we used on the 4th of July. Easy access to the gulf. Less than 2 miles down the road from Publix and walking distance to pizza, a couple of bars, and a great ice cream shop. We enjoyed our stay!!!"
