Wonderful Place. So close to downtown Ashland. The bungalow was beautifully appointed with everything you need for a visit. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again our our next visit.

I’m so thankful for all the little details that Tim and Becky thought of. The welcome wine, the cozy blanket, the comfortable bed with different options of pillows, two different types of coffee, quality hand and body lotion … they just thought of all the little details to make my stay nice and comfortable. The location is so close to get to everything in town and very safe. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

This was our first visit to Ashland and it was made all the better by our stay at the Carriage House. Becky and Tim made us feel very welcome at this cozy little place that is well set up, including one of the best appointed kitchens we've encountered at a rental. The bed has a quality mattress which is quite firm, and the patio off the bedroom manages to feel somewhat secluded despite being close to the neighbors. The easy walk to the downtown area and Lithia Park meant there were days the car wasn't even needed. We will definitely check if it's available on future trips.

We had a lovely stay. The rental was very clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The location was fantastic - such a short walking distance to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again.
