If you read our other reviews, you will see that this review is out of character for our property. Jennifer was given the code a week before her arrival via email. She arrived and had forgotten to bring the code with her. She called our emergency line at 7:30 p.m. and was given the code. There was no reason to “stand in the cold” and dark for 45 minutes. She waited for approximately 10 minutes for the code. And why wouldn’t she wait in her warm car for those 10 minutes? She called the emergency line at 8:45 p.m. complaining that she could not log into Hulu. The host (Brenda Heath) tried to problem solve over the phone but Jennifer would not follow directions and began complaining about how she should be able to watch her Hulu for the amount of money she paid for the reservation. Brenda sent a technician over the next morning and it was found that Jennifer had unplugged the Modem instead of the router which caused the televisions to lose their settings. She had her Hulu back within an hour and proceeded to complain about the lack of washcloths (6 were “not enough). Washcloths were delivered within an hour. She then began to complain about the flowers, in a vase, and very much alive. We were very responsive to Jennifer’s many many needs but it was very obvious that we were never going to be able to please this guest. She was extremely rude, demanding, and very entitled. It is never our intention to have a guest leave unhappy. However, there was no pleasing Jennifer.
