The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register with the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).



NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times while on the property for safety

Very family friendlyNice spot and place for a quick getaway with family or friends Room was not the cleanest (stains on bed, sand in bed, shower rod was rusted, holes in bathroom ceiling above shower, floors were sandy, no oven mitts, some silverware was dirty) Besides that it was a good place but definitely needs some TLC

We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We are aware of the bathroom ceiling, and the issue was caused by a previous water leak from above. This is a larger repair project that has already been scheduled for completion during the off-season, when the work can be done properly. The other items you mentioned have been ordered and are being replaced or addressed. We do wish we had been made aware of these concerns during your stay, as we would have been happy to address any issues as they arose and provide a better experience for you and your family.
