Welcome to the Starfish Studio!

Discover your perfect beach escape where white sand and the Gulf meet comfort and convenience. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, this charming studio sits directly on the beach, offering a superior view of the sparkling Gulf and resort pool from the 5th floor.

We make beach days effortless: enjoy FREE daily beach chair and umbrella service (March-Oct)! Leave the bulky gear at home and simply walk to the sand with just a small bag.

Ideally sized for 1-4 guests, the studio offers a relaxing retreat with easy access to local attractions. There are numerous restaurants with great food/drinks and live music in the area (walking distance), and we're just a couple hundred yards down the beach from the highly anticipated new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (opening Spring 2026).

Important Notes:
~ Enjoy a great view through our floor-to-ceiling window. There is NO PRIVATE BALCONY, but a large communal balcony with comfy chairs is just a few steps down the hall.
~ Primary renter must be at least 21, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay. A $200 refundable damage deposit hold is required.
~ A $30 one-time resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes a parking pass.
~ Maximum 4 guests. No pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), or visitors allowed.

Second stay, love it

Megan is a great host. Condo is in a great location. Had a small housekeeping issue but as soon as I brought it to Megan's attention it got taken care of. Love the decor. Binder filled with helpful information is a great touch. The included beach chairs & umbrella are a great addition. Only suggestion I have is to add a couple beach towels. But overall, everything was perfect!

Just what is needed for a beach vacation!

Starfish Studio is an absolute dream for a beach getaway for a small family. My husband, two young children, and I had everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. The beds were cozy. The kitchen had all the basics needed for our breakfasts and lunches. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and had ample room for all of our toiletries. There were plenty of extension cords, which helped keep our devices charged and ready. One of the adults and both kids would cuddle up in front of the window and watch the morning storms from our room, wrapped in a blanket. Truly a very nice stay! Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Perfect PCB place!

We had the best week staying in this condo! It was perfect for three of us. Megan was very quick to respond to my questions before booking and provided very detailed information once I had placed my reservation. The unit is updated, spotless, and very “beachy”. The owners provided us with everything we needed for the week. The building is clean and maintained and has a huge parking lot so parking was never an issue. Above all else, you just can’t beat the spectacular view of the pool and Gulf from this place. Great spot! Will definitely book again.

Very Clean and updated

Megan Hicks was very easy to work with and fast to respond to any questions. My mother passed away and her funeral was during the time of my original booked trip. I was not able to go on my original booked trip. Megan did work with me to reschedule, but the price was almost doubled of what I had originally paid. I understood that only available dates were in prime season so price was higher, but it was much higher. It was either pay the difference or lose what we had already paid. I I am grateful that she did work with me and I didn’t lose my money. Very nice condo, beautifully decorated. Place is very small, but is a good size for 2 people. Only downfall is that it does not have a balcony. I would stay here again.

We have long been avid travelers, heading everywhere from the beaches to the ski slopes, enjoying popular areas as well as more remote ones in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Europe. We love Panama City Beach, having visited here for many years. We knew we wanted to own a condo directly on the Gulf and wanted a place that was perfect for a couple or family. Top of the Gulf was perfect--the complex is so well maintained and it has all the amenities we look for in a beach vacation destination--a great pool, a great location directly on the beach, grills to use if we want, and a Surf Shack with snacks and drinks. All the extras just put it over the top for us and we knew guests would love it too.
