Please note that through March 2026, this property will be undergoing exterior painting, and the parking deck will also be under construction. The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time.

Continental #401 is a fourth-floor Gulf Front condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. Sit on the private Gulf Front balcony and listen to the waves rolling onto the shore as you enjoy your first cup of morning coffee.

When you arrive at Continental #401, you have designated parking. Park your car and never leave the resort if you want. There’s a community pool overlooking the Gulf, direct beach access and a beach bar next door where you can enjoy your favorite beach beverage.

Continental #401’s studio living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa, ensuring a restful night's sleep for two (max occupancy per fire safety code). The room has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, chest of drawers and a dining table for four.

The condo is also across the street from Gulf World, one of Panama City Beach’s popular attractions, and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping.

The unit could use some updating for sure, but had what we needed. The view from the balcony was magnificent! Very convenient to get to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Laundry room located across the hall was a pleasant surprise. Within walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shops, with Wal-Mart and Target being short drives away. Would stay here again!

Small, but that was expected, didn’t spend much time there! Thought bed was going to be bigger. Beautiful sunsets, loved being right on the beach. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Needs a little love

Condo needed to be cleaned much better. Had to buy my own hairdryer. Only one elevator worked. Bed and couch were comfortable. Need to switch hinges on refrigerator so it’s easily accessible. With about $1000, condo could look amazing.

Though the room was a little smaller than expected, it worked out. The room has a very nice view of the ocean and beach. The only complaint that I have is that the cookie sheet didn't fit inside of the oven, and no matter how much your swept the sand would not go away lol!! Maybe getting a small swifer vacuum would help a little bit would be my suggestion.
