Great property and more private than all the town homes.All the pot and pans were new. The evening gets a great progression as you move from the bar to the kitchen to the dinning room then in the living for a movie.Hottub was great. 3 of the bed rooms had fantastic layouts and bathrooms.1 needs better beds.Owner did get after the leaky kitchen sink fast but still broke Would stay again.

I love to Ski and Snowboard and hosting those chasing Utah's Powder is a real treat. As someone who has been on many Ski Trips, I feel like I have a good understanding of what guests are looking for and I strive to provide everything I would be looking for in a snowbound retreat.

Why they chose this property

It's so quiet and private with great views and a wonderful layout that promotes privacy within each of the 4 bedrooms and baths - the separate living areas provide spaces to relax and the open Kitchen to Family Room promotes interaction. The private courtyard with hot tub could not be more perfect for a relaxing soak.

What makes this property unique

It's again the layout and the spaces that I feel are truly unique - you will feel very relaxed within the home and are offered unique privacy with each bedroom having it's own bathroom.
